Casa Très is a luxury event house in Barcelona and Monaco — Events for brands like Red Bull, Maserati and Dom Pérignon, and official music & production partner of the F1 Weekend Fan Zone.
We're looking for a content creator to help tell those stories: capturing events behind the scenes, editing reels, and shaping our recurring series — Monaco Diaries, Behind Casa Très, F1 Project Stories.
Being upfront: this is an unpaid internship under a university educational agreement, so we've built it to give more than it asks —

Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinates promotional activities, and assists in developing content for various channels, including social media, email, and in-store materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to organize events, product launches, and brand activations, as well as tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports. The Marketing Coordinator will help ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, maintain marketing calendars, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing projects. This role requires close collaboration with sales and creative teams to drive brand awareness and support revenue growth.
Job Specification
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Assist in scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat. Manage Instagram Stories and ensure consistent daily brand presence.
- Monitor comments, messages, tagged content and community engagement.
- Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Write and adapt captions for posts and Stories, ensuring they align with the brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest new content ideas and formats.
EMAIL MARKETING
- Coordinate newsletter assets with the Creative Manager.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in newsletter campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Support the management of automated email flows and customer journeys.
INFLUENCER MARKETING
- Research influencers.
- Contact creators.
- Manage collaborations.
- Coordinate product shipments.
- Follow up on content deadlines.
- Collect performance reports.
- Maintain an influencer database.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Maintain website content and product information.
- Upload new products and collections.
- Update homepage banners and seasonal campaigns.
- Create and maintain landing pages.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Assist in the execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines across marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the wider team to ensure website, social media and newsletters remain aligned throughout campaigns.
- Support the coordination and logistics of PR package preparation and dispatch.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Maintain weekly social media analytics reports.

Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time – 20 Hours per Week)

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help support the continued growth of the business across both our cafés and online presence.
The Role
This is a varied position combining marketing, content creation, administration, procurement, and operational support. The successful candidate will help strengthen our brand, improve our online visibility, and support the day-to-day management of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
* Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
* Assist with photography, video creation, and content planning.
* Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries when required.
* Research food, beverage, and hospitality trends.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and special events.
* Work with management to develop marketing strategies and seasonal initiatives.
SEO & Website
* Write and publish blog articles to improve Google rankings and increase organic traffic.

* Support inventory reporting and supplier management.
* Coordinate the procurement of branded merchandise, uniforms, takeaway cups, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage purchasing processes.

* Support the preparation of business reports and performance analysis.

Requirements
