1.1. Description
Working as part of the Projects team at Oko, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and innovation across the business. This is a full-time position based in our Spanish office in Torre Del Mar.
The Projects team works on a wide range of activities—from supporting new product development, maintaining and supporting the brands of the company, analysing and supporting ad-hoc customer requests, coordinating the development of bespoke product packaging, to managing strategic tasks for the Managing Partner. No two weeks are the same, and your ability to manage diverse projects from start to finish will be essential.
We’re looking for a confident self-starter who is both organised and creative—someone who enjoys solving problems, working with others, and delivering results.
The applicant will be expected to perform the following core tasks:
- Manage and deliver assigned projects from planning through to completion;
- Coordinate with teams across departments including Manufacturing, Sales, Admin, and Product Development;
- Identify and manage any issues that arise in the project, assess impact on project timeliness and communicate throughout the team
- Support the Managing Partner with ad-hoc strategic projects and time-sensitive tasks;
- Ensure effective documentation and reporting for ongoing projects;
- Support the growth of the company in the eCommerce space; and
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by researching new ideas and exploring ways to improve internal processes.
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management;
- Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Effective communicator, both in writing and in person;
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing diverse priorities;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- A proactive, adaptable attitude—ready to take ownership and deliver;
- Experience in innovation, operations, or product development is a bonus but not required.
