The role is responsible for one Group process design in manufacturing and oversees the design in end-to-end planning, securing that the plan to manufacture processes connect seamlessly.
- The role ensures adherence to the group template design and signs off any necessary deviations on country / site level and owns design change request process for P2M - The role owns the continuous improvement process of P2M design, manufacturing parameters, masterdata.
- The role is placed in Group Supply Chain as part of the manufacturing excellence organisation, works in a matrix structure, guiding, educating and supporting the category and site anufacturing teams across all Hero entities.
- The role is the Group Process Owner for P2M and therefore an integral team member of the PHI design and implementation team.Who you would work with / Key stakeholders - Reports to: Head of manufacturing excellence.
- Works together with: Group head of manufacturing and head of planning, head of procurement excellence, VP quality, category, manufacturing directors, site manufacturing managers, PHI programme team, Supply Chain Finance, IT.Location - Geographical scope: Group - Possible locations are:? Bad Schwartau, Germany? Murcia, SpainEssential Duties - Responsible to translate the Group and Functional strategy into a process vision.
- Define, implement and own clear policies, harmonized and global process standards with a clear focus on end-to-end process integration.
- In coordination with PHI and Group IT determine the correct systems and tools for each process.
- Design, define, manage, and implement solution/change requests in close collaboration with the respective PHI/IT Competence Centre as well as cross functionally with other process owners (Global and Local) to ensure full end-to-end solution design.
- Lead the process governance and process improvement initiatives at Group level as well as with local country stakeholders and Key Users.
- Provide input in organizational design initiatives and participate in talent management and people conversations.
- Oversee the process for change management to drive the adoption of new role outs and process improvements in the countries and on Group level.Qualification & Requirements - Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of manufacturing, engineering and food processing, very good understanding of all other supply functions, for example planning.

Descripción: Importante empresa española dedicada a la construcción de maquinaria rotativa para la fabricación de todo tipo de cables y sectores que el mercado, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de diseño mecánico en Guarnizo en España.
Responsabilidades y funciones principales:
- Diseño de conjuntos de máquinas y su posterior despiece en piezas unitarias que dispongan de todas las indicaciones (tolerancias, acabados, rugosidad, etc…) para que se puedan construir y mecanizar.
- Conlleva estructuras, piezas a diseñar dimensionando basándose en proyectos previos similares bien más pequeño o más grande y adaptando los conjuntos y piezas individuales.
- En los conjuntos hay que incluir muchos tipos de partes comerciales como motores, rodamientos, sistemas de transmisión de correa y poleas, cadenas o engranajes, sistemas de guiado lineal por patines, embragues, frenos, roscas especiales, sistemas de cierre, fijaciones, amortiguadores, bisagras, esquemas con sus componentes neumaticos e hidraulicos como son válvulas, cilindros, etc.
Requisitos:
Experiencia en diseño 3D de maquinaria o de mecanismos con sistemas de transmisión: motores, correas, engranajes, guiados lineales, embragues, frenos, partes neumáticas como cilindros e hidráulicas.
Experiencia en diseño en 3D en el software de Solid Edge, Inventor, Solid Works, Catia o similares.
Experiencia: Haber trabajado varios años en un puesto similar.
Estudios: Ingeniero de grado o técnico con especialidad de mecánica.
Idiomas: El inglés no es indispensable pero contar con él sería un plus.

Resumen del Puesto: Ingeniero de Mejora Continua / Lean Promotor con estudios relacionados con el puesto para unirse a nuestra empresa.
El candidato ideal será responsable de implementar y mantener metodologías de mejora continua, estandarizar procesos, y optimizar la eficiencia en nuestras líneas de producción.
Responsabilidades:
- Unificación de Criterios:
- Desarrollar y aplicar criterios unificados para todas las líneas de producción.
- Asegurar la coherencia en los procesos y prácticas operativas.
- Seguimiento de Indicadores:
- Monitorear y analizar diariamente los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
- Identificar y corregir anomalías.
- Promover la ratificación y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones informadas.
- Impulso de Reuniones de Mejora:
- Facilitar y liderar reuniones TOP 5, TOP 15 y TOP 60.
- Asegurar la participación y el seguimiento de acciones derivadas de estas reuniones.
- Estandarización de Tareas:
- Documentar y estandarizar las tareas y responsabilidades de los distintos puestos de trabajo.
- Implementar procedimientos y asegurarse de que se sigan consistentemente.
- Optimización de Layouts:
- Analizar y mejorar los layouts existentes para maximizar la eficiencia y seguridad.
- Diseñar y desarrollar nuevos layouts para nuevas referencias y proyectos.
- Detección de Áreas de Mejora:

- Revisión del Estado de la Planta y Almacenes:
