We are currently seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals with a Ph.D. in Materials Science or a related field to join a top-tier company in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and conducting advanced research and development activities related to materials engineering, with a focus on developing innovative solutions for [industry focus, e.g., energy storage, semiconductors, polymers, nanomaterials, etc.]. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to push the boundaries of material science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and experiments in material science to develop new materials or improve existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and scientists, to drive innovation and product development.
- Design and implement experimental methodologies, analyzing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights.
- Lead projects involving material characterization, synthesis, and processing, ensuring the timely delivery of research outcomes.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at conferences and technical meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in material science and related fields, applying this knowledge to ongoing projects.
- Assist in mentoring junior researchers and provide technical expertise to team members.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Material Science or a closely related field.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: [e.g., nanomaterials, polymers, composites, ceramics, semiconductors, etc.].
- Strong background in material characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, etc.).
- Experience with materials synthesis and processing techniques.
