The role
This role will be responsible for processing, analysing, researching, validating, and supporting tasks related to the Strada Assist ticketing tool for the client’s employees, in accordance with the client’s service level agreements (SLAs). It also includes the support needed for the modules of Strada Access and Strada Core.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide in-house technical support for Strada Assist, Strada Access and Strada Core.
Analyse, prioritize, and resolve faults to completion.
Resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs and escalation procedures.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software application issues following established procedures and methodologies.

A Day in the Life of the EMEA Data Platform Engineer:

Each month, you´ll contribute to global architecture forums to converge standards, reuse patterns, and ensure EMEA requirements are reflected in the enterprise roadmap.
The role:
Reporting to the Data Engineering & Platform Manager, the Data Platform Engineer builds and operates the cloud data platforms that powers analytics, AI, and operational data products across the region. You will design secure, scalable, and observable platform services (compute, storage, processing, orchestration, quality, lineage, access), deliver them as well-documented, reusable capabilities, and support teams in adopting them at scale. Success requires deep engineering craft, platform thinking, and close collaboration across product, architecture, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform engineering & operations: Design, build, and operate cloud data platforms components (lake/lakehouse, warehouses, streaming, orchestration, catalogs) with strong SLIs/SLOs, automated recovery, and capacity planning.
- Pipelines & frameworks: Provide reusable templates and libraries for ELT/ETL, CDC, and streaming, standardize patterns for schema evolution, testing, and deployments across domains.

Requisitos
Más de 8 años de experiencia en analítica digital, implementación y optimización.
Conocimientos sólidos en GA4 o Adobe Analytics.
Manejo de herramientas de visualización del dato: Power BI, Looker, Customer Journey Analytics, entre otras.
Experiencia en implementación de tags con Google Tag Manager o Adobe Launch.
Conocimientos en CRO y estrategias de personalización digital.
Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.
Proactividad, autonomía y visión estratégica con atención al detalle técnico.
Inglés mínimo B2.
Se valorará: nivel alto de SQL, experiencia en entornos ágiles y metodologías colaborativas.

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Plataforma de IA práctico para diseñar, construir y operar plataformas de datos e IA basadas en Databricks en AWS. Mejorarás las capacidades de IA aprovechando Databricks (Workspace, Unity Catalog, Lakehouse, MLflow), servicios modernos en la nube y prácticas de DevOps/MLOps para ofrecer plataformas confiables, seguras y escalables.
Experiencia avanzada en operaciones en la nube en AWS, con un fuerte entendimiento de la escalabilidad de la infraestructura y la optimización de costo/rendimiento.

What you’ll do
Requirements Management
- Colaborar con Product Owners, stakeholders y equipos de desarrollo para recopilar, analizar y documentar requisitos de negocio y técnicos.
