Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Research Scientist with a data-centric mindset to join our applied research and innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, operationalization of AI/ML and process automation.
You will be responsible for analyzing data, researching the most appropriate techniques, and the development, testing, support and delivery of proof of concepts to resolve real-world and large-scale challenging problems.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and apply machine learning innovations with minimal technical supervision.
- Understand the requirements from stakeholders and be able to communicate results and conclusions in a way that is accurate, clear and winsome.
- Perform feasibility studies and analyse data to determine the most appropriate solution.
- Work on many different data challenges, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility and maintainability within the ML solutions and source code. Both data and software must be developed and maintained with high-quality standards and minimal defects.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent numerate discipline
- Demonstrated senior experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning & other AI fields
- Experience working with large datasets, production-grade code & operationalization of ML solutions
- EDA analysis & practical hands-on experience with datasets, ML models (Pytorch or Tensorflow) & evaluations
- Able to understand scientific papers & develop the idea into executable code
- Analytical mindset, problem solving & logical thinking capabilities
- Proactive attitude, constructive, intellectual curiosity & persistence to find answers to questions

Como Data People Analytics, te responsabilizarás de:

- Diseñarás soluciones basadas en datos para mejorar la experiencia del empleado y la eficiencia de los procesos de RRHH.

Documentar la arquitectura, procesos y procedimientos relacionados con los sistemas de transmisión de datos.
Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria y tecnologías emergentes relacionadas con la transmisión de datos y big data.
Requisitos
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos o un rol similar, con un fuerte enfoque en tecnologías de transmisión de datos.
Dominio de lenguajes de programación como R, Python, Java, Scala.
Sólido entendimiento de marcos y herramientas de transmisión de datos, particularmente Azure EventHub, Apache Kafka y Apache Spark.
Familiaridad con tecnologías de bases de datos, tanto SQL como NoSQL.
Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Inglés Medio Imprescindible
Muy Valorable formación superior: Ingeniería Informática, Teleco o similar.

Your main tasks will be:
- Participate in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
Support the product owner with decision-making, acting as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
Analyze and translate business needs into user stories and process flows.
Manage backlogs and define product requirements.
Identify areas for improvement.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Maintain product functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
Support testing activities, including scenario creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting results.
Learn and deepen knowledge of trade finance solutions and their technical aspects.
Collaborate with internal teams proactively, focusing on teamwork and communication.
Work in an international environment, using English as the primary language.
Qualifications
