What You´ll Do:
Join our Internal IT department as a permanent member of the Core Finance Tribe, contributing to a strategic Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM initiative ☁.
You will act as the primary IT interface between FP&A, Controlling teams, and IT, helping shape the company´s planning, forecasting, and controlling capabilities.
In this hands-on, hybrid role, you will capture, structure, and translate business needs into actionable system evolutions , ensuring alignment with the Oracle Fusion Core Model, IT standards, and roadmap. - Experience with Essbase, Calculation Manager, Groovy, Smart View
- Comfortable in a hybrid role, leading workshops and configuring/testing solutions
- Solid understanding of data integrity, reconciliation, and compliance requirements (SOX, audit, accounting standards)
- Skilled at working with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English
Nice to have
- Multi-GAAP or multinational experience
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Oracle Analytics, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Redwood UX, quarterly release cycles, or ERP integration tools (OIC, API, middleware)
- Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
