Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Leader with strong experience in microservices architectures and big data solutions to join the CDAIO Tech & Engineer team.

The Tech Leader will act as the technical reference, driving architectural evolution across both application and Big Data ecosystems, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business and data governance needs. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader and point of reference for the Datatooling platform.
- Define, evolve and govern the microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Own key technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
- Lead the integration and optimal use of ElasticSearch, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive the design and evolution of data processing solutions using Spark and Databricks.
- Oversee orchestration and scheduling of data workflows using Airflow and Control-M.
- Ensure alignment between application services and Big Data platforms.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices and architectural principles.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a Tech Leader or Senior Technical role in microservices-based architectures.
- Strong expertise in REST API design and governance.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Solid experience in Big Data technologies, including:

• Aportar una visión de negocio integral sobre el distribuidor, identificando oportunidades para el crecimiento y seleccionando potenciales distribuidores que se alineen con la estrategia y la visión de la plataforma
• Exponer la propuesta de valor de la plataforma y las implicaciones técnicas a potenciales distribuidores para captarles
• Establecer y fomentar relaciones sólidas con distribuidores para garantizar un aumento de la vinculación de los distribuidores en la plataforma
• Acompañar a los distribuidores durante el proceso de integración en la plataforma junto con los PMs (Product Managers) de Producto, involucrando a Distrigital
• Garantizar el uso en el día a día de la plataforma por parte de los distribuidores
• Acompañar al distribuidor en la evolución digital de su fuerza de ventas y la gestión del cambio para mejorar su consumo y uso de B2B
• Diseñar e implementar planes de acción coordinados con los distribuidores orientados a la consecución de objetivos de adopción de la plataforma por parte de los hosteleros
• Identificar posibles nuevos productos y/o servicios que la plataforma pueda ofrecer a los distribuidores e identificar mejoras para los existentes

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

• Grado Académico: Grado, Licenciatura, Diplomatura o FPII.
• Nivel avanzado de ingles y español.
• Experiencia de más 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de clientes, distribución o account management en entornos B2B digitales o SaaS.
• Capacidad demostrada para analizar datos de negocio y comportamiento de usuario, generando planes de acción comerciales estratégicos.
• Experiencia en planificación estratégica, gestión de roadmap y seguimiento de KPIs (indicadores) de negocio.
• Conocimiento y uso avanzado de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) y herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Description du poste

SBS develops and implements technological solutions in medium-sized and large financial institutions, using its standard platforms, which it adapts to the needs of its clients.

The team the candidate will join is part of the Payments & Cards division. The projects are located internationally, at headquarters in France and Madrid/Valencia, with the candidate based in the Madrid center.

After an initial onboarding period, with an introduction to the technical and functional environment and processes, the employee will be accompanied by an experienced project mentor in their daily tasks with the aim of achieving technical and functional autonomy.

Their main activity will be the development of upgrades, whether internal or external to our clients, as well as participating in the preparation of deliveries for clients, providing technical support to clients, and performing corrective maintenance tasks on product versions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 to 6 years) in developing applications with Java technology.
- Experience/knowledge of GIT/GitLab, Maven, JDK17+/Jakarta EE10, Spring and API Rest
- Intermediate knowledge of developing web applications through MVC deployed on a JBoss server.
