About The Role
You will be working in a fast-paced, highly ambitious scale-up in the mobile advertising space. We are very ambitious, passionate about AdTech and about delivering the best mobile solutions to our partners and their customers, with the most powerful & unique targeting technology in the market. You will join us in the management of digital campaigns for the Italian Market, from set up to optimisations/reports, relaying with Sales and the tech team and being in touch with traders/clients for programmatic campaigns. In this role you will report directly into the Client Services Director, Southern Europe
What you will be doing
- Monitoring, trafficking and optimising campaigns in order to reach maximal performance, margin and delivery according to client requests.
- Ensure accurate tracking by comparing internal and client reports, ensuring third-party is measured.
- Deeply analyse data in order to be proactive in campaign optimisations, and to give more insights to the sales team.
- Being part of a growing team and market.
- You would collaborate with other Teams to ensure smooth campaign management
- Working a minimum of 2 days per week on-site with the team in our Barcelona office.
- Any experience across trafficking, monitoring and optimising managed and/or programmatic campaigns (ad operations, tagging and/or campaigns management) in digital media, working on client side, agency side or at other AdTech firms.
- Any experience across 3rd party ad servers such as, (DCM, Adform etc.), ad verification tools such as, (IAS, DV, MOAT) and/or SSPs and DSPs such as, (DV360, TTD, AdForm, Xandr etc.)
- Experience with tag management systems is a plus, such as, (GTM, Adobe etc.)
- Extremely well-organised, proactive with great attention to detail.
- You have clear communication skills, working with different stakeholders internally and externally
- Great analytical skills, you master Excel and other data tools (Metabase, SQL, Tableau etc.) would be a plus
- A team player that can collaborate effectively with internal teams of different cultures in various time zones. Supporting your team, campaigns.
- Fluency in Italian and English

Tus Responsabilidades
Como Arquitecto Empresarial de Sistemas, la persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de evaluar y definir soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras, gestionar proyectos complejos y mantener soluciones transversales (Monitorización, DevOps, etc) en nuestros sistemas basados en infraestructura híbrida (Cloud y on-premises).
Para ello, sus principales funciones serán:
- Evaluar las necesidades tecnológicas de la empresa y definir soluciones que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos.
- Desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura empresarial, asegurando la integración y funcionalidad de los sistemas.
- Liderar el mantenimiento y evolución de soluciones transversales (Monitorización, Arquitecturas de integración, Herramientas DevOps).
- Gestionar proyectos tecnológicos desde su concepción hasta su implementación, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento (Compliance) de estándares y marcos de control internos de riesgos tecnológicos (obsolescencia, seguridad, resiliencia, solvencia, integridad y conservación de datos).

About The Team
The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) engineering team is responsible for protecting Swiss Re’s sensitive data through the development and implementation of processes, tools and strategies that prevent data leakage and misuse.
We are enhancing our capabilities in data discovery, classification and policy enforcement. These improvements enable us to identify sensitive data across the enterprise, automate protection measures and integrate insights into our security operations to better safeguard information and meet regulatory requirements.
We're looking for a skilled Security Engineer who will take on the incentive of implementing the best solution and guiding the development of these engineering services along with a dedicated team of experts.
In your role, you will…
- Deploy, operate and optimise data scanning/data discovery solutions (BigID) in Kubernetes environments
- Design and build CI/CD pipelines for security solutions
- Develop and maintain API automations to streamline security processes
- Integrate data security solutions with the broader IT landscape
- Improve metrics and monitoring to ensure the reliability of our security infrastructure
- Utilise existing documentation, source code and logs to understand complex interactions between systems
- Provide security guidance on new products and technologies
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Significant knowledge of major cybersecurity concepts, technologies and standard methods, with a willingness to dive into new areas
- Can-do attitude with a proactive approach toward challenges, producing tangible results
- Deep expertise with several of the following areas:
- Kubernetes environments and container security
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- API development and automation
- Network security, application security and identity management
- Experience in automation, coding and/or scripting, using one or more of the following languages: Bash, Golang, Python, Perl, Terraform or similar
- Knowledge in data security and data discovery solutions (BigID or similar) is favourable
- Excellent communication skills – fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with the implications of security standards in regulated environments
For Spain the base salary range for this position is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 70,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

- Data modeling and analytical experience using common tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Issue-based analysis determined and structured data to collect, and produced structured conclusions, recommendations, and roadmaps
- Knowledge of IT Operating Model and Process Frameworks
- Awareness of broad competencies and depth in specific competency areas (IT strategy, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, process reengineering, automation)
- Ability to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews, great presentation skills
- Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum construct to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and development of strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or cloud resources and capabilities
- Experience in the areas of IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management and/or resiliency
