Redacción de memorias: impactos, mercado, planes de negocio, gestión, etc.

Visitas comerciales. Representación corporativa en Jornadas y Eventos, Difusión y comunicación de proyectos de I+D+i.

Búsqueda de socios, contacto con potenciales partners, formación de consorcios. Vigilancia de Programas de Financiación de I+D+i. Contacto con empresas, Universidades, Organismos Públicos de Investigación y Centros Tecnológicos

Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en temáticas específicas de especialización del Centro, como Materiales Avanzados y Biobasados, Bioprocesos, tratamiento de aguas, Economía Circular, Polímeros, Construcción, Biorefinerías, etc.

Se requiere Titulación Superior (Licenciatura/Grado en Química, Ingeniería Química o de Materiales;, se valorarán otras carreras técnicas como Física u otras Ingenierías). Se valorará Master, Doctorado y Cursos de especialización.

Disponibilidad para viajar.

VORN Bioenergy is a leading biomethane producer and project developer with over 40 realized biogas projects in Germany and other countries, including Europe's first biomethane plant in 2006. To date, we have developed, built, managed and optimized biomethane plants in six European markets and have a project portfolio of more than 130 MW as well as an additional development pipeline to reach more than 2 TWh annual biomethane production. To strengthen our team at VORN IBERIA S.L. in Spain, we are now looking for you as Project Manager Biogas (m/f/d) in Madrid or in the province of Toledo:

• New greenfield projects: You will develop and manage new projects, from the initial project idea through to fully permitted and ready to build status, including raw material/digestate concepts and REDII certification.
• You support the development of raw material in your area of action, in strong contact with our Feedstock Department and raw material suppliers.
• You control time and budget plans.
• You will be in constant communication with our colleagues from the service departments (operations management, raw materials management).

• You have a master’s degree in agronomy or engineering.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of agriculture and/or biogas.
• You like to drive things forward and are solution-oriented.
• You are a strong communicator, even in formal, written processes with authorities; and you know how to convince people. You always remain calm and professional in the event of conflicts with customers or suppliers.
• You have a very good command of Spanish and English.
• You are located in Madrid or in the province of Toledo.
• You are interested in renewable energies, are eager to learn and want to "step on the gas" with us!

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural, international team of data specialists, key account managers, and technical experts(3-4 people)
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring data production, quality control, and timely client delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture while effectively managing diverse team dynamics.
  
  

• Manage and oversee the Agrowin database, which compiles market data on plant protection products from global panel data providers.
• Ensure accurate harmonization of external market data with internal manufacturer data, improving consistency, usability, and alignment with industry standards.
• Supervise the structuring, processing, and quality control of incoming data, ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement data harmonization strategies to integrate data from multiple sources into a unified format.
• Work closely with IT developers to enhance database architecture, automate data processing, and improve accessibility.
  
  

• Adapt and expand Agrowin services to meet evolving client needs.
• Ensure fast and accurate delivery of harmonized data, optimizing data transformation and processing pipelines.
• Identify and implement new service offerings that combine Agrowin data with Homologa and other platforms.
• Maintain a proactive approach in monitoring service quality and improving operational efficiency.
  
  

• Promote and expand Agrowin/World-Agrocode services internationally.
• Engage with global clients, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders to align services with market demands.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team on contract negotiations and client management.
  
  

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality protocols.
• Provide strategic direction on product development, market positioning, and digital transformation.
  
  

• It is going to be a trial period in France and then remote work from Galicia
  
  

• Strong expertise in agronomy, plant protection products, and agricultural input markets (pesticides, seeds, fertilizers).
• Experience in market research, regulatory frameworks, and digital farming technologies.
• Deep understanding of database management, data structuring, and data harmonization.
• Experience working with panel data providers and manufacturer data in the agricultural industry.
• Affinity for IT solutions, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies.
