Job Overview
This program offers a unique blend of teaching experience and personal growth. Participants will be equipped with the skills necessary for effective English language instruction while experiencing life in one of Europe's most dynamic capitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English classes to students of various age groups and backgrounds.
- Participate in weekly cultural and social events, fostering community among fellow educators and students.
- Engage in a 20-hour weekly Spanish language course, fulfilling visa requirements.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events to enhance the educational experience.
- Strong ability to teach English effectively.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability to new cultural settings.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for education.
- Basic understanding of Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- No prior teaching experience is necessary; a genuine interest in teaching is essential.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Spain (non-EU applicants are required to enroll in the One Year program).
Participants will gain valuable teaching experience and receive job placement support in various English academies. There are also opportunities for professional development and stronger teaching credentials through practical experiences.

Compensation And Benefits
- Earn a competitive rate of 18€/hour while teaching.
- Enjoy the security of a one-year student visa, allowing you to reside in Spain legally and work 30 hours per week.
- Benefit from comprehensive support through job placements and cultural activities.
- Two program options: One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish for 2780€, or Madrid Lifestyle Program for TEFL holders with Spanish for 1970€.
