As a Procurement Advisor, your role will focus on generating procurement KPI reports, developing and maintaining business applications, and monitoring sustainability and Health and Safety (H&S) programs. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing procurement processes, driving innovation, and supporting the overall efficiency and compliance of the procurement team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze procurement KPI reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Create and manage business applications to support procurement functions.
- Implement, track, and improve procurement processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support and track innovation programs within the procurement function.
- Identify and resolve issues in procurement systems and provide guidance to the team.
- Assist team members in adhering to best practices and local compliance policies.
- Promote and provide support for training programs for the procurement team and end-users to ensure proper system usage.
Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Telecommunications, Statistics, or Digital Marketing with a focus on Data.
Experience:
- Strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
- Solid understanding of business operations, markets, suppliers, and trading areas.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and big data processing.
Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing procurement systems.
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
