As An Operations Manager On Our Team, You Will
- Lead and support team of Supervisors
- Work on monitoring and improving KPIs and operational processes
- Monitoring and compliance with quality processes
- Managing and supervising team
- Optimization of work processes and staff productivity
- Collect metrics, analyze and report to Client when required
- Review dimensioning forecasts, carry out deviation and needs analysis
- Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work
- Lead supervisory meetings, coordinate leadership team actions, be a judge if no common agreements
- Understand client´s expectations and work towards them
- Be prepared to update daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year business reviews and be able to present them when required
- Are proficient or bilingual in English
- Have a strong background in customer service and contact center environments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities
- Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Show empathy and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Have solid management skills and professional presentation
- Are proficient in Windows and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Are familiar with key service metrics like SLA, KPI, CSAT, and productivity

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff
