What You´ll Do:
CRITEO is looking for a SAP BRIM Tech Lead to join our Internal IT team in Barcelona!
As SAP BRIM Tech Lead, you´ll be in charge of the technical architecture of our Platform supporting Order to Cash Process.
Main missions:
- You will design and oversee advanced customizations and developments in SAP S/4 HANA.
- You will ensure adoption of SAP Best Practices and SAP Standards for Architecture & Development to keep SAP S/4 HANA Core as clean as possible.
- You will foster, within the Delivery Team, adoption of latest SAP Innovation (Solution Extensibility with SAP BTP, UI5, CDS Views, SAP AI…).
- You will lead technical projects, driving the delivery team, in partnership with the BRIM Product owners, and ensure qualitative deliverables and service.
- You will contribute to the definition of Order to Cash product vision, propose most appropriate solutions and nurture a culture of best-in-class quality delivery.
Tasks:
- Ideate and design technical solutions based on standard SAP Best Practices.
- Design the right solutions with the support of the Enterprise Architect and Product Owner.
- Act as a reference for any development and systematically qualify Customization to minimize deviation to SAP Standard.
- Eliminate High-Cost technical debt (ABAP Customization) and adopt SAP´s "Clean the core approach".
- Define guidelines/standards regarding architecture & development in line with SAP Best Practices and evangelize these standards within BRIM Delivery Team.
- Organize Code Review and ABAP Code Fine-Tuning/Optimization to ensure quality of code while meeting costs, quality and performance requirements.
- Ensure target solution meets operational requirements in terms of maintenance, monitoring, alerting/notification, performance, security, backup & recovery, high availability…
- Test new solutions, perform benchmarks, spikes & POCs to help deliver Finance´s Roadmap.
- Brainstorm to identify technical solutions/opportunities.
- Design high-performance SAP architectures incorporating the latest SAP technological trends and innovation (BTP, AI, ML, UI5, Analytics…).
- Represent SAP BRIM Team within Criteo Architecture Committee.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the designed solutions/changes.
- Ensure that Implementation developments are on track, adhering to quality standards.
- Coach SAP Delivery teams and help them resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure technical coherence of the product and with the rest of Criteo IT Landscape.
- Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of the SAP platform with Criteo Standards (Security, Internal Controls, SOX, Data Quality…).
Participate in the Agile efficiency of the Tribe:
- Support Product Owners by understanding business requirements and translating them into pragmatic technical solutions (performances, cost…).
- Foster relationships with other Team Leads and Architects within other Criteo IT Teams.
- Provide advice to other teams and support them to standardize interdependencies points.
- Ensure that editor standard maintenance and technical debt resorption are always prioritized at the best level and be able to discuss tradeoffs (config vs custom code).
- Participate in IIT Finance´s Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, etc.…).
- Contribute to the cost tracking of our services.
Who You Are:
- You justify previous work experience as a Technical lead or Solution Architect on SAP BRIM S4/HANA.
- You have a Bac +5 (MS or equivalent) and at least 7 years of experience.
- You have a general knowledge of SAP FI, CI, SOM, CM, CC modules and S4/HANA integration and Cash Collection.
- You have knowledge of Finance processes: O2C (Order to Cash).
- You know SAP authorizations and UI5/Fiori App technology.
- You have proven record in designing SAP S/4 HANA Architecture and experience in the integration of Cloud Solutions.
- You have knowledge in the area of SAP Business Technology Platform.
- You possess outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
