What You´ll Do:
Within Finance Transformation you will join the Data Governance team composed of highly motivated data specialists and focused on following main missions:
- Define and implement a data governance framework where principles, policies, roles and responsibilities for data stakeholders are defined and contribute to maximize business outcomes, operational efficiency, data quality and access to insights
- Drive the design of the functional data model (in particular: Client, Product, etc.) with an optimal balance between process efficiency, BU specificities vs. Core model, business model evolutions, and company reporting requirements
- Operate data governance performing key actions such as keep critical data dictionary and their ownership up to date, produce regular data quality scorecards and coordinate cleaning actions
As a Data Analyst, you will support the data governance team with their ambitious roadmap, managing the implementation of data quality reports: business needs understanding, technical design, development, tests and release:
- Perform complex data analysis in SQL/Python to identify incorrect data pattern, define population, prioritize them, identify workarounds to enrich data and propose corrective actions
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and alerts to business users in order to help them identify incorrect data and to follow correction
- Working closely with- IIT team in charge of the evolution of the data lake in order to improve its reliability
- Data stewards and Data Governance Analysts to identify future business needs
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience in Power BI/Tableau/etc for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing is a plus.
- Understanding of database modeling
- Analytical Thinker: You enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a structured approach and ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
- Strong Communicator: You can translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proactive and Organized: You manage multiple tasks efficiently and are eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner to join our EMEA Sales Strategy Team and partner closely with our Sales Leadership to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the sales organization.
As part of the team, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable analytical insights and reporting to empower Criteo’s Performance Solutions team to build and drive its commercial plan.
- Strategic Planning: Support definition and implementation of our commercial strategy, revenue plan and priorities for the year
- Segmentation & opportunity identification: Segment our market and our customers, identify opportunities and prioritize based on their current and potential value
- Forecasting: Drive our quarterly topline reforecast process
- Reports and Analysis: Generate detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, including business plan execution, and pipeline management.
- Action Planning: Actively support discussions and development of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.
- Informed Decision-Making: Support the creation of detailed reports, analyses, and actionable insights to empower sales leaders in making well-informed and strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Commercial teams, Finance, SalesOps etc.) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to business objectives and customer needs.
- Significant experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Consulting or Investment Banking, with increasing responsibilities
- Advanced Analytical & Excel skills
- BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau)
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrix organization
- Ability to maintain positive relationships on a senior level to accomplish organizational goals in a multicultural environment
- Strong problem solving skills combined with a deep sense of urgency and able to manage expectations
- Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
- Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization
- Expertise in Salesforce is a plus
