About the role
This year has introduced a range of creative challenges that are fostering growth and
innovation within our design teams.
We are seeking a Senior Print Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in creating impactful packaging designs that enhance brand
visibility and appeal to consumers. You will also mentor junior designers and bring fresh,
innovative thinking to every project. Experience with digital media is a plus, and a good levelof English is required.
In this role, you will act as the Lead Designer for one of the world’s top FMCG brands. You
will be responsible for supporting the client’s global communication strategies, both online
and offline, while leading a small team of talented designers.
As part of the creative process, you’ll need to deeply understand the brand’s identity and
propose innovative visual ideas that effectively convey the brand's values, messages, and
personality.
• This position is based at our headquarters in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
• Packaging / Print Design: Lead packaging design projects from concept to
completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consumer appeal.
• Creative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback
and support in skill development.
• Innovative Thinking: Generate fresh, creative ideas that set our products apart and
enhance the consumer experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure
designs align with business goals and resonate with consumers.
• Digital Media: Contribute to digital design projects, including online banners, social
media graphics, and digital advertising (experience in this area is a plus but not
mandatory).
• Production Oversight: Work with print vendors and production teams to ensure the
highest quality execution of packaging materials.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients,
refining and improving designs based on feedback.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines
are met while maintaining design quality.
Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in 3D rendering software for mock-ups is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of print production processes.
• Ability to conceptualize and create designs that capture attention and communicate
key messaging effectively.
• Experience with digital design (e.g., banners, social media graphics) is a plus.
• Education:

We’re looking for someone passionate about social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of their trends, formats, and ever-evolving creative possibilities and obsessed with fashion, beauty, cosmetics, and skincare. A strong grasp of storytelling is essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with Social Media Copywriters to create content that deeply connects with audiences.
You would be part of the conceptualization process, thoroughly understanding brand identities and proposing fresh and innovative visual ideas that convey its messages, values, and personality, for New Business pitches and a variety of clients such us SKYN, the #1 non-latex condoms brand in the US, or Galderma, the world's largest independent dermatology company, to support their global communication across all online and offline channels.
This position requires working from our HQ located in Barcelona four days per week.
Responsibilities
Creative Conceptualization & Execution:
Conceptualize, develop, and execute design projects from start to finish, focusing primarily on creating visually stunning and effective designs for social media platforms and digital campaigns
Lead the visual storytelling for clients, crafting content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand strategies.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, align with the established brand voice, tone, and strategic goals, and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
Collaborate with the Social Media Copywriters, Planners, Creative Director, and account teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client business goals, brand strategies, and deliver strategic solutions.
Lead the design of client presentations, pitch materials, and other related assets
Ideate video and photo shoots, contributing original, trendsetting, and innovative references, and attend to set to oversee their art direction and ensure consistency with the overall creative vision
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution, prioritizing work effectively
Ensure all assets are on brief, on brand, and optimized for specific platforms and meet technical specifications
