*** Administrative Assistant *** Real Estate Agency *** Full-time with initial salary of 1.500-2.000 € NET/month, depending on experience *** Permanent Contract ***
We are a leading real estate agencies in Costa del Sol and we are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to upload and update properties and perform other administrative and clerical tasks. The place of work is in Sotomarket, Sotogrande. The working hours will be Mondays to Fridays, from 9:30 to 17:30.
Key duties include:
· Updating and uploading listings.
· Handle and coordinate active calendars.
· Schedule and confirm meetings.
· Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
· Provide support to our managers.
· Liaising with owners, buyers, agents and other parties.
Requirements:
· Full proficiency in English and Spanish (both speaking and writing). This is a "must" as our property descriptions are in English and Spanish (and our team and clients are also from overseas).
· Excellent IT Skills. Full proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel in particular).
· Ability to learn quickly software such as our CRM systems, internet property portals, phot editing tools like Photoshop, video editing tools, like Final Cut etc.
· Attention to detail (especially in regards to property descriptions and our database).
· Organisational skills: this role requires the applicant to "take ownership" of key tasks such as our property database, as well as other supportive roles. Therefore, it is essential that he/she can work in an organised manner, prioritise work and multitask.
· Driver's license and own vehicle is essential (there is no public transport to/from the office).
· Languages additional to English and Spanish will be valued.
