Internship Opportunity: Join our dynamic Insights Division as a Student Intern in the Quantitative Studies area, with the workplace located in Madrid. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a market research organization, experiencing our company culture and contributing to impactful projects.
Motivation and Objective: Immerse yourself in everything related to the day-to-day of our work, from tasks linked to a quantitative study to experiencing the company culture and functioning of a market research organization. We believe that offering students the opportunity to develop theoretical knowledge acquired at university positively impacts all levels:
- For the intern: Put theoretical knowledge into practice in a real environment and complete your training as a future professional.
- For the company: Stay connected with theoretical knowledge and share practical learning from everyday operations.
- Identifying client needs covered in studies.
- Developing questionnaires.
- Creating tabulation plans.
- Interpreting tables and results.
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations.
- Learning to handle internal statistical tools and their application.
- Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday (hybrid), 40 hours per week, adjusted to your studies.
- Internship agreement with a university, business school, or college for a minimum of 6 months.

CLIENT MANAGER estudios cuantitativos ad-hoc (PanelVoice)
Buscamos una persona con ganas de formar parte de nuestro equipo de soluciones avanzadas y data analytics en el departamento de Advanced Analytics - PanelVoice.
En el departamento de PanelVoice hacemos entrevistas cuantitativas a la muestra del panel de consumidores. La información de estas encuestas se fusiona e interpreta conjuntamente con los hábitos de compra procedentes del panel.
Tu misión como parte del equipo será la gestión integrada y activación comercial de los clientes asignados cuando se realicen cuestionarios cuantitativos ad-hoc al panel de consumidores.
FUNCIONES
- Asegurar la calidad, satisfacción y comunicación con el cliente en todas las fases de los estudios bajo su responsabilidad: fase preparatoria, realización del estudio, análisis y entrega de resultados.
- Garantizar la calidad de los estudios y dirigir el delivery hacia las expectativas y necesidades de los clientes.
- Gestión íntegra de las fases de un proyecto: diseño de la propuesta comercial, venta del proyecto, redacción del cuestionario y del plan de tabulación, explotación de los datos, redacción del informe con conclusiones y recomendaciones claras y accionables.
- Generar insights y recomendaciones de calidad, aportando el valor de su know-how técnico y su conocimiento del mundo del cliente y el sector FMCG
- Implementar el plan comercial definido conjuntamente con su responsable, y consecución de objetivos de venta.
- Analizar y reportar mensualmente la situación de su budget en términos de ventas y actividades, así como corregir si se requiere la actuación a corto plazo.
- Orientar, acompañar y formar a los miembros de su equipo para la consecución de objetivos y el desarrollo de la estrategia de las cuentas.
- Aportar mejoras de la solución/servicios asignados.
- El perfil corresponde a una persona con Licenciatura/Grado en Marketing/ITM, Economía, ADE, Estadística, Matemáticas o titulación equivalente.
- Nivel alto hablado y escrito, tanto en Castellano como en Inglés.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en investigación de mercados en instituto o cliente (foco en área cuantitativa) así como en el sector FMCG.
- Persona con buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, así como capacidad de escucha activa para la interacción con el cliente y el resto de departamentos.
- Buena capacidad analítica y de atención al detalle mostrando una visión estratégica en la entrega de los resultados de la investigación.
- Se valorará experiencia en gestión de proyectos, capacidad de organización y planificación, habilidad para la gestión de proyectos a largo plazo y estudios multicountry.
Formato híbrido Oficina/Teletrabajo. La ubicación es indiferente en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès) o Madrid (Ríos Rosas).
