About Our Financial Planning & Analysis Team
At Kiwi.com, our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is at the core of strategic financial decision-making. We provide forward-looking insights and data-driven analysis to optimize business performance. Our FP&A team ensures financial alignment with company-wide objectives, enabling leadership to make impactful and informed decisions.

After your morning coffee, you’ll…
- As an experienced FP&A expert, you will play a key role in our FP&A function, creating budgets, forecasts, insights, and long-term financial planning that drive business decisions.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support capital allocation decisions, investment appraisals, and M&A assessments with robust financial analysis.
- By preparing and presenting financial reports and narratives, you will ensure clarity and strategic impact for stakeholders.
- You will support leadership with data-driven recommendations, helping to shape company strategy and execution.
- You will identify opportunities to optimize revenue and cost efficiency, improving financial performance and growth.
- You’ll lead automation initiatives to streamline reporting, forecasting, and financial data management, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner, offering guidance on financial best practices and decision-making frameworks.
- By proactively refining financial models and processes, you will continuously improve insights and operational excellence.
- Your extensive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis.
- Your ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions, leveraging SQL to work with large datasets and uncover key trends.
- Your advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, making data work for you and your team.
- Your strong business acumen and experience in supporting executive-level decision-making with confidence and clarity.
- Your demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Your excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset that turns data into compelling stories.
- Previous experience in the travel, technology, or e-commerce industry is a plus—but if you're eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
- Familiarity with ERP and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Pigment, Abacum, Anaplan) is an advantage.
