Nuestra nueva tienda de Córdoba está en búsqueda de su Store Manager, quien asumirá el reto de liderar el equipo y ofrecer una experiencia inigualable a nuestros clientes. Como Store Manager, serás el corazón de la tienda: gestionarás el equipo, formarás a los Beauty Advisors, planificarás horarios y asegurarás que cada cliente descubra la rutina perfecta para su piel. ¿Te suena emocionante? ¡Sigue leyendo!

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Garantizar una atención personalizada y única a cada cliente.
• Coordinar el equipo de la tienda, incluyendo formación y desarrollo de los Beauty Advisors.
• Supervisar el control de stock y asegurar la correcta gestión del inventario.
• Coordinar la presentación y posicionamiento de productos en tienda.
• Gestionar la parte administrativa, incluyendo cobros, cierres de caja y envío de documentación a la central.
• Asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de la tienda y la exhibición de promociones.
• Colaborar con tu Area Manager y coordinar acciones con otras Store Managers de la zona.

We’re looking for a confident and creative Community Manager & Content Creator to join our Marketing team. If you love being in front of the camera, thrive on social media, and know how to connect with communities through scroll-stopping content — this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact content for our social platforms, hosting videos, and managing our community — all while keeping the K-Beauty vibes strong.

What will be your responsibilities?

Content Creation & Video Production

• Produce creative and engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube — from ideation to final edits.
• Organize and execute shootings, always following the studio calendar and MiiN’s brand guidelines.
• Deliver polished assets in multiple formats, adapted for each platform.

On-Camera Hosting

• Represent the MiiN brand in front of the camera, presenting our products in a natural, professional, and engaging way.
• Host live sessions and short-form videos to connect with our community in real-time.

Trendspotting & Ideation

• Research trends, insights, and creative references to fuel your content ideas.
• Propose new concepts for campaigns and activations in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Stay on top of what’s happening in the beauty and social media world.

Community Management

• Plan and schedule content calendars in coordination with the Content Manager.
• Engage with our community, answer comments and build genuine connections with our audience.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels while staying tuned in to platform-specific dynamics.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of each piece of content.
• Use insights to improve and adapt your strategy — test, learn, repeat.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in e-commerce or creative agency environments.
• A genuine passion for social media, especially TikTok, with a deep understanding of platform culture and trends.
• Proficiency in filming and editing video content.
• Comfortable presenting on camera — you enjoy it and it shows!
• High level of oral and written communication (Spanish and English).
• Solid understanding of content strategy and community dynamics.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.

Bonus points if you have:

• Graphic design knowledge.
• Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, Illustrator or After Effects.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate content performance.
• A K-Beauty obsession (we totally get it 💅).
