SALES DIRECTOR EMEA (B2B INDUSTRIAL)
Main Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development and Implementation: Design and execute both organic and inorganic growth strategies to drive revenue and improve margins in assigned region.
- Product Commercial Strategies: Implement and execute commercialization plans for product lines, with the objective of penetrating new markets and capturing key customers, including expansion into new channels and geographies.
- Deployment Policy Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as the X matrix, aimed at achieving outstanding performance that supports both the company's long-term objectives and short-term organizational goals.
- Regional Sales Development Management: Be responsible for overall sales growth in the region, supporting the sales team by defining and implementing individualized sales plans to maximize impact and performance.
- Customer Opportunity Development: Establish clear goals for customers and business opportunities, driving their conversion into concrete orders and generating consistent revenue.
- Strategic Relationships and Alliances: Foster strong relationships with key account managers and transform those relationships into long-term partnerships that promote mutual growth.
- Sales and Negotiation Techniques: Apply advanced value-added sales techniques and negotiation skills to increase market share and strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Strategic Collaboration with Management: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement new business strategies, providing constant feedback on sales progress and ongoing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Business Development Work: Collaborate with various functional areas of the company to develop the business, ensure the best possible customer experience and convert opportunities into concrete sales.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the Marketing team to create and execute integrated online and offline campaigns, including content, promotions and creative strategies, to strengthen the brand, generate sales opportunities and maximize customer value.
- Trend Monitoring and Corrective Planning: Monitor market trends, anticipate deviations and develop and implement corrective action plans to ensure long-term competitiveness and success.
- Process Management and KPI’s: Apply standardized processes and use key performance indicators through CRM to drive growth, profitability and market share efficiently.
- Pricing Strategies: Develop and execute successful pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and margin maximization.
- Regulatory Compliance and Business Objectives: Ensure that sales comply with internal regulations and guidelines, generating net prices aligned with AR business objectives.
- Talent Management: Attracting, developing and retaining key talent, building a high-performing sales team and providing them with clear direction to ensure that commitments and objectives are met.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Implement a structured program to gather feedback from employees and work groups to develop continuous improvement plans.
- Quality and Safety Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies related to quality, environment, health and safety.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
It will be valued:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, MBA.
- At least 5 years managing commercial P&L in an industrial B2B environment.
- At least 8 years leading sales teams in managing expansion and growth in international markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams, inspire and motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic decision-making skills, managing both short- and long-term objectives.
- Strong focus on creating a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Advanced computer skills in Office, CRM, ERP.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English.

DELEGADO/A COMERCIAL DISTRIBUIDORES (ANDALUCÍA)
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia comercial en su zona, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos.
- Gestionar y optimizar la cartera de clientes (distribuidores), ofreciendo acompañamiento y formación a la fuerza de ventas, apoyando en el cierre de acuerdos y proporcionando asesoramiento sobre los productos.
- Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, estableciendo relaciones duraderas con clientes potenciales para fomentar el crecimiento del negocio.
- Negociar y gestionar acuerdos comerciales, garantizando su correcta ejecución y el seguimiento de los compromisos establecidos.
- Administrar el presupuesto comercial correspondiente a la zona asignada, asegurando una distribución eficaz y eficiente de los recursos.
- Colaborar con el departamento de Marketing en el desarrollo e implementación de campañas, promociones y lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
- Analizar el mercado y las tendencias del sector, identificando las necesidades de los clientes y las estrategias de la competencia para mantener la competitividad y mejorar la oferta comercial.
- Elaborar y presentar informes periódicos sobre las ventas y actividades realizadas, con el objetivo de ajustar y actualizar la estrategia comercial de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos.
