We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join the Content team.
Requirements
Experience
- +2 years in a similar role.
- Previous experience in an agency will be highly valued
Knowledge
- Advanced use of the Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Use of social networks.
- Familiarity with blog administration, discussion forums, ratings, reviews.
- Familiarity with web analytics and monitoring platforms.

Task and Responsabilities
1. Research: digital and social network benchmarks.
2. Management with suppliers: other agencies and partners of the company.
3. Strategy: thinking geared towards obtaining results for clients with content on multiple digital platforms.
4. Assistance to Senior Content Managers of the team.
5. Writing: perfect writing skills (grammar and spelling). The texts must be creative, oriented to search for results.
6. Platform update: manage the programming of content and posts, tweets, using various tools according to customer requests.
7. Create, recognize, find and curate valuable content for the community and that follows the "editorial" line proposed in the strategy.
8. Listen to users and respond to their comments and queries, to make them feel valuable.
9. Implement the actions of contests and promotions.
10. Monitor trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with the content already created or curated.
11. Identify user needs and preferences.
12. Give feedback on platform activity and review metrics with analysts.
