Tareas
- Atender y servir a los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente
- Coger comandas y asegurarse de que se sirvan correctamente
- Mantener limpia y ordenada la zona de trabajo
- Informar a los clientes sobre el menú y fuera de carta
- Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar una experiencia positiva para los clientes
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa como camarero en restaurantes
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión
- Excelente atención al cliente y habilidades de comunicación
- Manejo del idioma inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas como Italiano y Francés)
- Conocimiento de protocolo de servicio y manejo de bandeja
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana

Importante empresa ubicada en Zamudio se encuentra buscando personas para montar y ensayar cabinas que se producen en la célula de paneles y otras tareas relacionadas.
Las principales funciones serán:
-Montar y cablear cabinas
-Timbrear y realizar ensayos eléctricos a las cabinas
-Configurar relés sueltos
-Hacer autocontrol de los equipos que se utilizan y rellenar protocolos de ensayo si procede.
-Realizar inspecciones visuales o funcionales que procedan al terminar la fase.
-Embalar producto terminado y prepararlo para su expedición.

Reportando al Regional Sales Manager serás responsable de la gestión del punto de venta, liderando el área de ventas y la gestión del equipo.

- Analizar el rendimiento de la tienda mediante los KPI's para influir positivamente en los resultados.

- Gestionar y analizar stocks y pedidos.
- Especialista en el sector retail y has trabajado en marcas de retail, preferiblemente premium, al menos 4-5 años como Shop Manager, en puntos de venta con un formato similar al de Pandora.
- Un/a verdadero/a líder de equipos, creando entornos comerciales dinámicos y flexibles,
- Capaz de gestionar indicadores comerciales y tienes una excelente orientación al cliente,
- Inspirador/a, motivador/a y muy positivo/a,
- Buen conocimiento de Office y dominio de las principales herramientas informáticas.

As Country Director for Iberia, you will lead and define market operations and activities, aligned with the group’s vision as well as the Western Europe cluster leadership team. You will have full responsibility for the Spanish and the Portuguese market on physical sales including O&O, SIS, Franchise, wholesale, multi-brand partners and will provide guidance on key strategic domains such as eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Property Management, Finance, and HR. You will lead an organization of 1200+ Pandorians and will report to the Cluster General Manager.
What You Will Do
- Be the face of PANDORA in Spain and Portugal and lead the 360 operations in the country to achieve our blueprint and goals, maintaining a great level of excellence in the execution.
- Full retail +wholesale + offices in Spain and Portugal. The role is located in Madrid, with continues visits to Lisbon and Paris and requires fluent Spanish+ English language skills, Portuguese or French would be a plus.
- This includes full commercial accountability for achieving company targets, including the development and the management of the various company distribution channels (Retail , department stores, Wholesale, Franchisee).
- Oversee the preparation of strategic plans, Bring a local vision on marketing, property
- Prepare budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them to the cluster and global executives
- Focus on growth initiatives, including product, brand, market, marketing, and visual merchandising through competitive insights
- Cultivate strong relationships with El Corte Ingles, franchise, multi-branded partners to support our growth ambition in Iberia
- Develop the local management team ( sales + other functions) and always ensure organization capabilities meet the current & future business needs
- Inspire and motivate staff to maintain a high-performance culture and promote a great place to work
- Appraise the activities of PANDORA Iberia comply with legislation and ethical standards
- Ensure the safety and security of assets and resources in Iberia. Ensure that all the operations within the markets are fully compliance with the Company Policies and the Code of Conduct.
- Negotiating effectively to control costs( Opex- Capex) and encourage business growth
- Represent PANDORA Iberia at global and local conferences and other key events involving partners, customers and other PANDORA markets. Be the voice of Iberia in Global meetings.
- Ambassador for PANDORA Life values of We Dream, We Dare, We Care and We Deliver to guide behaviour’s towards staff, partners, customers, press, agencies, and suppliers.
- Located in Madrid (no commuting)
- Fluent Spanish and English obligatory – Portuguese or French would be a plus
- Having experience in managing and motivating large teams and high volume
- Brand Management experience
- Proven success achieved in a full P&L leading role, in a global retail environment (international vision)
- A master’s degree or professional qualification within a relevant field
- Strong retail knowledge and experience
- Passion for developing and leading teams
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Extensive experience of working with an international brand in a collaborative matrix organization
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally

Client Development
