Estamos buscando un Ingeniero/a de Soporte Técnico para unirse a nuestro equipo, dedicado a proporcionar soporte a un cliente importante. El candidato seleccionado será responsable de gestionar los problemas de los vendedores, ofrecer soluciones efectivas y proporcionar orientación para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo de la tienda.
Los candidatos deben poseer experiencia comprobada en la gestión de relaciones con clientes y un sólido entendimiento del ecosistema de los mercados en línea en general.

Asignaciones
- Gestionar las relaciones con los vendedores de mayor valor en colaboración con los equipos del cliente.
- Proporcionar soporte, asumir la responsabilidad, escalar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con las tiendas y cuentas de vendedores.
- Ofrecer orientación sobre la gestión del catálogo, optimización y visibilidad de los listados para acelerar el alto rendimiento de ventas.
- Colaborar en proyectos y comunicar nuevas características o cambios en las políticas de venta del cliente a los vendedores.
- Asegurar que la satisfacción de los vendedores se alinee con los estándares de alta calidad.
Requisitos
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en soporte técnico, demostrando competencia en la resolución de problemas técnicos complejos de sistemas de software. Requerimos candidatos que puedan proporcionar más que solo información entre los clientes y el equipo de ingeniería.
- Sólido entendimiento de los mercados en línea y el panorama actual/emergente de los sistemas y soluciones de comercio electrónico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia.
- Cómodo y seguro al interactuar con individuos a todos los niveles.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Gestión meticulosa y utilización de datos de contacto de clientes.

Tu objetivo será construir, mejorar y mantener la aplicación Android en el Proyecto: ADA+ (android device assistant) de las tiendas que trabaja con RFID, que controla el stock en tiempo real para que no haya rotura de stock en tienda, lo que les ha permitido un incremento de las ventas en tienda del 6%.

Es una aplicación moderna de Android que trabaja con Mongo DB, real, sincroniza por bluetooth con lectores de códigos e impresoras de etiquetas.

Trabajan con microservicios, kafka, Kotlin, APMS, Gitflow, Browserstack, SonarQube. Aplican metodología Agile-Scrum

En el proyecto hay 3 equipos, 2 destinados al desarrollo. Llevan a cabo 2 semanas de desarrollo y luego los despliegues se realizan por anillos (grupos de tiendas), que les permite detectar si hay problemas o errores antes de seguir con el despliegue a otras tiendas, se realizan por Googlebusiness.
