- Establish appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of theft or shoplifting
- Collect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchase
- Provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed..
- Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
- Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products. Stock

Requirements
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage schedules and inventory
