You, as our Manager, Global Security and Business Continuity
Role holder develops and drives Swissport’s global aviation security and asset protection strategy, develops and ensures the implementation of Corporate Crisis Management, Emergency Response, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). This role involves identification and mitigation of operational risks, oversight of crisis response exercises, management of security investigations, and assurance of Swissport’s global alignment with security regulations.
Key responsibilities include regular updates to global management, management of security audits, and collaboration with regulators, industry bodies, and law enforcement. Global BCP and Security Manager also oversees Security and Crisis Response training programs and monitors KPIs to enhance organizational resilience.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and drive global security strategy.
- Develop and implement corporate policies, manuals, procedures, and trainings related to Crisis Management, Emergency Response and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Develop, maintain and update Security Management System (SeMS) on Swissport’s global level and support clusters, countries and entities in development and synchronization of local SeMS to correspond to global standards.
- Horizon scan and identify security threats and risks. Development and follow up of mitigation actions.
- Support regional teams in identifying potential security risks.
- Develop, review, maintain and oversee global security regulations, manuals, policies and processes.
- Support and conduct global (corporate) and regional crisis response exercises, oversee follow-up and learning capture.
- Oversee and ensure global alignment and local implementation of corporate security manual.
- Develop and oversee corporate crisis response and security related trainings.
- Set up, oversee and report Key Performance Indictors (KPIs)
- Oversee and manage reporting on security issues (to senior management)
- Manage security related internal communications.
- Manage security related (internal or external) audits.
- Lead global security investigations as required and provide support to regions in security-related events / investigations.
- Collaborate with external security stakeholders. Liaise with appropriate regulators, industry bodies, and law enforcement authorities on security and emergency response matters.
Your qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum bachelor, preferably master’s degree.
- Extensive proven experience in managing security operations in aviation.
- Extensive experience in physical security, project security, travel & event security, critical infrastructure security and/or security analytics.
- Strategic and leadership skills.
- Exceptional managerial skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in leading security projects

Job Summary
This position will be required to maximize sales & profitability by leading and delivering Swissport’s global and regional sales plan for Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Finland by co-ordinating sales and commercial activity whilst ensuring full compliance with Swissport’s governance, policies and procedures. Provide full responsibility for all sales & commercial activities in the country in close cooperation with the region and HQ commercial teams to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets in line with financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the development of short, medium and long-term sales strategies for the sub region
• Advise on policies related to pricing, yield improvement, contract negotiation, pipeline development and achievement of sales targets.
• Use CRM to monitor customer satisfaction, sales and manage new business pipeline
• Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, advertising and pricing for the country as well as coordinate marketing and advertisement activities
• Propose, develop and execute new sales plans to ensure the organisation’s sales volume and profitability objectives are met in line with regional strategic plans
• Oversee the execution of business development objectives; new business bid preparation; proposals and agreements in accordance with policy and process.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to manage the day-to-day activities of the Commercial Team to implement the organisation’s overall sales strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volumes and revenues, against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate commercial resources to improve the overall performance.
• Coach business units and sales teams on the technical aspects of pricing, negotiation and customer service, sales techniques procedures and standards that will help them achieve customer retention and sales targets.
• Manage and lead tender processes and coordinate input and approval from finance, operations and HR where appropriate.
• Ensure that newly won bids are profitable by implementing control mechanisms/ (pro forma) and share the profitability development with the respective departments (finance and management).
• Assist with the development of the sales plans for countries and airline customers which are in line with Swissport’s regional and divisional goals.
• Define, develop and deliver the Global Key Account Plan for those carriers assigned to the position
• Engage through regular meetings and calls with all the current and potential customers in the country and the Key Account contacts globally.

Job Summary
You will join our global analytics team and will be given the necessary training to support the team in supplying qualitative reporting and analytics to end-users at group and cluster level. The ultimate objective of team is to continuously deliver timely and qualitative data, that allows for key stakeholders to take informed decisions, that will ultimately help the company deliver more.
Job Responsibilities
· Commercial and Ad-hoc Support
o Helps provide data on relevant commercial topics / market information.
o When applicable, provides support for due diligence projects towards top management in coordination with group legal.
o Provides data / market intelligence and analytics for global commercial and the regions using relevant internal and external data tools.
o Provides ad-hoc support for the commercial community where applicable.
· Commercial Development and Sales Performance Metrics
o Assists with developments of sales plans, account review templates, presentations, and other commercial tools.
o Supports the development of sales performance metrics, including KAM Dashboard, CRM scorecard, etc.
o Help manage internal customer requests related to our CRM system and provide user support where applicable
· Management of Commercial Reporting
o Supports building internal and external presentations with data input and analysis on customers, contracts, and current business opportunities.
o Helps maintain a strong Performance Management framework that supports improved business results and delivers optimal monthly commercial reporting.
o Enforces procedures, timelines, and guidelines for the regional commercial community.

Qualifications and Competencies
· University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field.
· Proven experience in a similar function and/or industry.
· Structured, organized, and strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
· Profound knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and preferably Power point.
· Experience with reporting frameworks and P&Ls is a plus but not required.
· Experience with Power-BI and the system Salesforce a plus.
· Willing to work both independently and team oriented.
· Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
· Fluent command of English, being the corporate language - any other language is a plus.
