• Ensure and execute all financial and tax operations
• Reconciles accounts and checks the accuracy of journal entries ensuring that the general ledger is accurate and complete.
• Checks and analyzes financial information and prepares accounting reports and statements. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.
• Provides technical accounting advice to functional or operational managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage support their financial responsibilities.
• Handle any specific requests in support of the business.
• Other duties reasonably required to support the finance team in budget development and control.
  
  

• 2/3 years in sales controlling and preferably in multinational company
• Knowledge of English language both written and spoken at Intermediate level (B1/B2)
• Knowledge of ERP operating systems, , Business Intelligence , etc
• Computer knowledge ofWindows software (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.) and the main IT communication tools
• Analysis: ability to gather, correctly analyse and act on available information.
• Accuracy and understanding of data accuracy
• Attention to detail - proactive attitude in identifying possible critical issues and proactive in formulating improvement actions
• Respect for deadlines
• Prioritisation - knows how to plan one's activities according to urgencies, even if not planned
• Adapts quickly to change and manages complexities
• Knows how to establish trusting relationships with the team, colleagues from other functions and customers/suppliers in a collaborative manner

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Técnico/a

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo en Oficina técnica en Getafe. Se trata de una oportunidad con grandes posibilidades de desarrollo en una empresa multinacional líder en el mercado de las soluciones para el transporte de fluidos, Climatización Invisible por superficies radiantes y Eficiencia Energética.

GF Building Flow Solutions, una división de GF, es el proveedor líder mundial de soluciones sostenibles e innovadoras que permiten que el agua fluya en los edificios. La división, que surgió de la adquisición de Uponor por parte de GF en 2023, ofrece soluciones seguras para el suministro y control de agua fría y caliente, sistemas de aguas residuales con reducción de ruido, así como calefacción y refrigeración energéticamente eficientes.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

• Desarrollo de Conceptos: Elaborar cotizaciones y conceptos técnicos.
• Soporte de Ingeniería: Elaboración de planos, esquemas, cálculos hidráulicos y listas de materiales.
• Asistencia a Ventas y Marketing: Proporcionar respuestas técnicas oportunas.
• Gestión de Proyectos: Asegurar la entrega puntual de tareas de ingeniería.
• Comunicación con Clientes: Mantener el contacto sobre aspectos técnicos y plazos.
• Consulta Técnica: Ofrecer soporte a consultas internas y externas.
  
  

• Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 a 3 años en puesto similar o en entorno de ingeniería en el ámbito de las instalaciones, especialmente en calefacción y fontanería.
• Conocimientos Técnicos: Sólida comprensión de mecánica de fluidos y transferencia de calor.
• Experiencia en Software: Manejo de MS Office, CAD y Salesforce.Valorable Revit.
• Habilidades Lingüísticas: Inglés.
• Trabajo en Equipo: Enfoque colaborativo y mente abierta.
