What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Designer, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research activities, such as user interviews, user testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of a product’s user interface and propose improvements based on the findings.
• Support the design lifecycle from research to delivery, contributing to strategic decisions alongside product leaders.
• Be the voice of the customer and translate it to actionable design and product inputs.
• Build the foundations of the user journey and develop wireframes, mockups, task flows, prototypes, and visual design solutions, implementing the right tools.
• Ensure user journey quality while aligning visual design to Vivara’s brand and values.
• Collaborate with product management to identify and prioritize new features, incorporating industry trends and best practices to refine our design process
  
  

• You are customer-obsessed and have strong experience conducting user research and user testing in a B2C and B2B context.
• You have a native or near-native level of Spanish and are fluent in English, allowing you to communicate effortlessly in both languages.
• You have a good eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, consistency, and pixel-perfect design.
• You are an experienced Product or UX Designer with experience designing digital products and strategies, in collaboration with Product and Development teams.
• Comfortable working with and contributing to Design Systems, UI libraries, and reusable patterns.
• You have a deep understanding and experience in user-centric design principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
• You have experience in fast-paced and agile working environments and have a strong track record in prioritizing and delivering projects on time.
