What We´re Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in database systems to join our Payments platform team. Our Payments Team is at the forefront of building a cutting-edge internal payments platform designed to streamline and revolutionize payment processes across our organization. We´re a highly collaborative and dynamic group, combining expertise in infrastructure, database management, and software engineering to create robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) through Infrastructure as Code and automation
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Provide support to other teams that utilize cloud infrastructure
- Help other teams continue to design scalable, reliable, secure infrastructure. Write great documentation, go nuts with diagrams
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the product´s data, systems, and networks
- Utilize security tools to monitor assets and remediate findings to strengthen the security posture of the product
- Respond to system and/or network security events
- Use GitOps and CI/CD to automatically test and deploy your code
- Develop and participate in the change management process
- Monitor your infrastructure with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog and other tools
- Develop and execute periodical security processes, including vulnerability scanning, patching and remediation, account auditing, and related reporting
- Perform daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization
- Be able to clearly communicate your design choices and take feedback
- Research solutions, kick the tyres and deploy prototypes
- Keep abreast of the latest and emerging technologies
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and timely incident resolution, providing support during critical outages or disruptions

Required Skills:
- Relevant 5+ years of experience as a DevOps with at least 4 years of experience with AWS
- Experience with various AWS services like EC2, S3, Aurora, RDS, EKS, MSK, API gateways, Route53, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, etc
- Strong experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora) and topics like disaster recovery, backup strategies, etc
- Experience in hosting multi-tier/microservice applications on AWS based on customer needs
- Comfortable using one of the following scripting languages for debugging applications, network issues and vulnerabilities: Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, Shell
- Ability to handle production load and issues related to deployments in production
- Experience in setting up IaC using tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible or similar
- Experience with CI/CD, building and automating deployments & other repetitive tasks using Gitlab or similar
- Knowledge of managing containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge of how to troubleshoot, identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the performance of the services
- Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
- Taking full responsibility for the results of own work
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- English at the intermediate level at least, both written and spoken

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of the service-mesh pattern and toolkit (Traefik, Istio, Consul, etc)
- Hands-on experience with Gitlab Ultimate security features

About the team

We are the product and engineering team responsible for Yoga-Go. We help improve the health and wellbeing of millions of people around the world by providing them with the best environment to practice yoga and related soothing activities for both the body and mind, at home.

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer who dreams of developing ambitious products that positively impact lives of millions of users and wants to be part of a team that builds apps in the Health & Fitness space

Key responsibilities:
- Shape and co-own codebase of a greenfield product as a member of a cross-functional product-engineering team
- Drive turning user needs into solutions end-to-end, from product discovery to supporting our code running in production
- Drive design and development of a greenfield mobile app, and contribute significantly to the system design of the overall product
- Be a trusted partner for product, design, data and other functions
- Support growth of your team and colleagues
- Work with and contribute to a modern technology stack: Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines and Flow, Jetpack Compose and other Jetpack libs (Arch components, Navigation, DataStore, Room, Hilt, etc)
- Collaborate with other Engineers to constantly push the boundary of technical excellence across Android and beyond
- Implement cool ideas and have impact on millions of users in a customer-centric environment with high degree of ownership

Required skills:
- Proven impact building new and/or refactoring existing large scale customer-facing products
- Very strong product & business mindset. Proven ability to drive building of successful products working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Domain experts
- Relevant experience in Android development in companies that required a strong product mindset
- Ability to choose the right tool for each challenge, learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to manage risks, trade-offs and propose efficient solutions
- Strong advocate of design for testability, automated tests, shift left and willingness to work in an environment where engineers own the quality end-to-end
- Ability to learn fast, collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Great understanding of object-oriented, functional and declarative paradigms, design patterns and architectures such as MVVM/MVI, DI
- Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and composable, modular UI architectures in general
- Strong experience with Android Jetpack (Any of: Arch components, Compose, Navigation, Room, Hilt, WorkManager)
- Experience building complex, dynamic, and interactive UIs
- Strong ability to craft clean, maintainable code
- Strong ability to design for reliability and scalability
- Strong grasp of Kotlin Coroutines and Kotlin in general
- Experience with Rest API, Retrofit
- Experience implementing and advocating for methodologies that allow fast iterations and maximise developer productivity, such as eXtreme Programming, Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, BDD, TDD
- Strong advocate of technical patterns and solutions that optimise for pace of experimentation (e.g. backend-driven UI architecture, modularization, high cohesion/low coupling)
- Great command of English

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of libraries, tools and approaches for building beautiful animations: MotionLayout, Lottie, Jetpack Compose animations etc
- Experience with backend development
- Experience with data and/or multimedia

What We´re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about what he does and is ready to be part of a team that creates the #1 apps in the world in the Health & Fitness category.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources, clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness for key business metrics and reports;
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Analyze business performance, and create visualizations and dashboards to present insights and facilitate decision-making;
- Analyze frontend event data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness;
- Understand business requirements and translate them into data queries and analysis;
- Validate and monitor frontend event tracking implementation to ensure data reliability;
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define tracking requirements for user interactions;
- Develop automated validation reports to monitor data integrity and quality.

Requirements (work experience, knowledge, skills):
- Professional in SQL, the candidate should have the ability to manipulate and extract data from various databases or data warehouses;
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau (will be a primary tool), Power BI, or QlikView;
- Experience in working with frontend event tracking and validation, including tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar;
- Understanding of web and mobile app analytics, including event-driven data models and tracking methodologies;
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically and creatively, and the ability to identify and resolve complex data analysis challenges.

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and modeling;
- Expertise in data modeling techniques and data management concepts such as data warehousing, data marts, and ETL processes;
- Familiarity with APIs for retrieving event data from tracking platforms.
