About This Role Our Business Aviation Training Division is expanding its global network to Central Europe with a new training centre in Vienna, Austria.

The centre will deploy the first Bombardier Global 7500 full-flight simulator (FFS) in Europe, making pilot training on this popular aircraft type more accessible and convenient for operators in the region.

We are looking for Full Time, Permanent Instructors (GSI's) to be based on the Global 7500, Global 6000 Vision and Phenom. The new 8,000-square-metre, state of the art facility will have space for expansion with a capacity for up to nine FFSs and will be purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.

We will initially operate six state-of-the-art FFSs in Vienna with additional simulators to be announced.

Role Expectations We are in search for Ground Instructors that are ready to take their existing experience as an aviation professional and transform their skills and knowledge into a world-class subject matter expert.

In the GSI role, you will have the opportunity to lead clients through their training with the benefit of working close to home!

GSI's will work alongside our client partners, providing expert Ground School instruction (classroom-based instruction), and you will be responsible for the upkeep of accurate and concise trainee records.

You will also get to work with top of the range equipment and the very latest aircraft technologies.

Ideal Professional Profile Ground School InstructorsHigh-performance aircraft and instructional experienceSkilled in mentoring and developing industry colleaguesQualifications Responsible for delivering instruction during ground training phase of initial and recurrent courses using VSIM.Delivering instruction on IPT during initial ground school.Previous instructional experience, ideal not required - CFIMust read, speak, and converse in English at a high levelA keen eye for detail in training delivery – you must be willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and requirementsBasic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programsFlexibility to commit to a full-time work patternMust live in commutable distance to the Training Centre in SchwechatThe right to live and work in Austria is desirablePrepared to spend a period of time outside of Austria to undertake initial type ratingsWhat kind of person will succeed in this team? Location The role will be based out of our Training Centre in Vienna so you will need to be able to commit to a full time, permanent position on site.

The level of bond is determined by previous experience and ratings and further details will be shared at interview stage.
