About This Role Airline FTM Engineer (Cabin) Are you seeking a dynamic work environment where innovation, collaboration, and professional growth are encouraged?

We are currently seeking an experienced Airline FTM Engineer (Cabin) to join our esteemed team at CAE Parc Airline Technical Services Department.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient Fleet Technical Management for our clients across various projects.
This position offers diverse project assignments tailored to deliver efficient solutions for our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support within Airline Fleet Technical Management services ensuring compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.Assessment of AD, SB, VSB and any other OEM in-service documentation and advise, schedule and follow-up the relevant actions.Manage project timelines with a focus on operational and safety constraints.Maintain meticulous records management, conducting records overviews to validate maintenance history and compliance records accuracy.Act as the central point of contact between operators, OEMs, regulatory authorities and service providers, facilitating transparent communication to ensure smooth aircraft operations and maintenance.Participate in Aircraft data import projects within the associated Maintenance Information Systems.Utilize your extensive aviation experience and industry network to make significant contributions to our team's success.Execute various projects simultaneously as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader.Skills and Qualifications: Technical aviation background acquired through hands-on roles in airlines CAMO, independent CAMO, manufacturer tech services, or MROs.Knowledge of Airbus and Boeing fleets.Familiarity with applicable EASA/FAA Regulatory Requirements.Comprehensive understanding of Aircraft Records, maintenance documentation, and aircraft maintenance philosophies, including heavy checks as well as MSG-3.Ability to simplify complex processes, draft procedures, and perform effectively under pressure.Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Practical experience with Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as AMOS or Trax.Hands-on experience in CAMO activities.Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as necessary.Position Type: Regular

Your primary responsibilities will involve upholding the airworthiness, reliability, and safety standards across our different projects.
You will also work towards streamlining maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
Your role will entail project assignments across our department, where you will be dedicated to delivering efficient and tailored solutions for each of our valued clients.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Representative during heavy Maintenance events (including aircraft transitions) at MRO facilities following up the maintenance activities to ensure compliance with customer contractual and quality standards and, where necessary, report any deficiency and take the relevant corrective actions.To review the scheduled maintenance plan and ensure appropriate communication with all relevant stakeholders in terms of defects, materials, and extra works management.Definition and execution of Physical Inspections and the subsequent management of discrepancy list items.Leverage your aviation experience and industry network to contribute significantly to our team.Skills and QualificationsPart 66 licensed engineer (or an aeronautical degree or national equivalent) with experience as an aircraft maintenance technical representative.Previous experience on aircraft type B737 and/or B777 is an asset.Good knowledge of the applicable EASA/FAA Regulatory Requirements.English fluency is essential, both written and spoken.Able to demonstrate accuracy related to the maintenance execution.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsAbility to understand technical contractual language and derive the implications.Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.To communicate/report clearly and effectively with all layers in organizations.Ability to travel without restrictions.Position TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
