👋🏻 Hey there!

We are looking for an experienced freelancer with advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly for USA/European markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of driving results in lead generation with demo bookings for SLG, and sign-ups for PLG (Product-Led Growth) and sales overall through these channels.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who knows how to set, launch, test, and optimize campaigns for maximum results, while working closely with our marketing team to align with our broader business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For

Required:

  • English Proficiency: Strong spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
  • Working Hours: Flexible, asynchronous schedule with required availability for team meetings and Slack responsiveness during EST morning hours (8 AM to 12 PM).
  • Expertise in Google & Meta Ads: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for B2B SaaS/Marketplace businesses.
  • Targeting & Analytics: Strong knowledge of B2B audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad copywriting, especially for USA/European markets.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Creative & Collaborative: Skilled in ad copywriting and collaborating with design teams to create high-quality, effective ads.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Goal Setting: Define KPIs for Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive demo bookings, sign-ups, and sales. Allocate budgets and develop media plans to maximize ROI.
  • Audience Research & Targeting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to refine audience targeting and improve campaign relevance.
  • Campaign Management for Google Ads: Create and optimize search, display, and video campaigns. Conduct keyword research and set up remarketing/Shopping ads to boost conversions.
  • Campaign Management for Meta Ads: Launch and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns for conversions, engagement, or traffic. Set up pixel tracking and retargeting to improve performance.
  • Creative Development: Work with the marketing team to craft high-converting ad copy that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Asset Optimization: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to optimize visuals and messaging across platforms, ensuring consistency and format suitability.
  • Campaign Optimization & Analysis: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI) to assess and improve campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting for optimization.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Manage ad spend to maximize ROI, applying testing methods to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies for better conversions.
  • Reporting & Meetings: Provide weekly campaign performance reports for Google Ads and Meta Ads. Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss results and next steps.
  • Technical & Compliance: Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tags. Ensure campaigns comply with Google and Meta Ads policies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to continually improve campaign strategies and performance.
