Job responsibilities
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE / DEPENDENCY
Reports to Training Manager.
MAIN DUTIES
The Training Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation in the planning, execution, and implementation of the annual training plan across business areas according to the local market needs and ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of the Training plan according to the market needs.
- Lead the adaptation, translation, and revision of training tools.
- Assist in the development of digital training materials (MyDior APP contents, product manuals, training sheets, newsletters, digital games, quizzes, among others) for different formats and targets (train the trainers, retail professionals, one-to-one coaching, etc.).
- Support in the data base update and clean up through excel files.
- Support the execution of training events in their different formats and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate the training details: reservation of hotels, book the flight for training participants and all logistic details around training.
- Supervise and manage stock of training products: order it to central, reception it and organization of these products in the warehouse.
- Active participation to make and send the training gift for the different trainings for all trainers.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
- Strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Attention to detail and strong management skills.
- Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of digital / IT software for the development of training materials and presentations.
- Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.
- High level of excel knowledge
PROFILE NEEDED
MAIN STUDIES Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Events Management. Master’s degree is considered a plus.
LANGUAGES English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
IT TOOLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in excell. Knowledge of digital platforms.
EXPERIENCE Previous Professional Experience Will Be Considered a Plus.
OTHER Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
