We are seeking a proactive, thick-skinned, and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, property listings, owner relations, and maintenance coordination while ensuring a seamless, high-performance operation.

Key Responsibilities New Property Listings & Owner Relations: Identify, onboard, and manage new ultra-luxury properties and owners.

Oversee the listing process, ensuring flawless presentation and accuracy.

Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with UHNW property owners.

Review and manage rental agreements and owner contracts .

Property & Maintenance Oversight: Ensure all properties meet Swish Marbella's uncompromising standards .

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping teams to ensure impeccable condition.

Implement and maintain strict quality control measures .

Operational Excellence & High-Pressure Management: Oversee all logistics related to property management , ensuring seamless operations.

Work closely with housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance to resolve issues efficiently.

Handle high-stress situations, proactively troubleshooting problems before they escalate.

Manage highly detailed processes , from service protocols to contract reviews.

What We're Looking For Experience in ultra-luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end property management.

Proven ability to manage high-performance operations in a demanding, fast-paced environment .

A process-oriented, meticulous approach to operational management.

Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make high-pressure decisions .

Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (other languages are a plus).

A thick-skinned, proactive, and performance-driven professional who thrives under pressure.

Familiarity with contract management, property compliance, and service agreements .

Knowledge of Marbella's ultra-luxury property market is a strong advantage.
