Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients through phone, email, and chat in your native Nordic language
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems and maintain records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and solutions
• Offer insights and feedback to improve products and customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focus approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Malaga, Spain, and embrace the local culture
