Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events
• Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates while fostering relationships within the talent community
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture
• Providing a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
