Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle process in SAP S4 and TraceLink Systems including product creation, procurement, execution of serialization process and maintain Master Data.
• Inventory management, Inventory optimization, Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) and damaged inventory.
• Consolidating internal ERP system SAP S/4 with physical inventory in 3PL.
• Support in new product launches, interact with other internal teams.
• Demand forecast planning and analysis, proactive review of supply Statuses and raise of any risks/ opportunities.
• Design and optimize supply chain models including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, sales & operation planning (S&0P), and integrated business planning (IBP).
• Collaborate with different internal teams (e.i sales, Manf, supply chain team, finance) to collect insight and understand their objectives, challenges, and goals.
• Using available data (e.i demand, inventory, allocation) to proactively review plans, mitigate risk and manage internal teams expectations.
• Support in DSCSA project.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree Required

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or relevant industry. Experience using MRP/ERP SAP S/4, and key concepts within supply chain planning processes, demand planing and forecasting (S&OP, S&OE and IBP), TraceLink or others serialization solutions and etc. in addition to MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations (e.g. Inventory, purchasing, finance, and ect.) is required.
