We’re doing away with an outdated business process to end out-of-pocket spending, encourage autonomy and give finance teams trust in employees. You'll be selling the SaaS tool (company spending solution) that comes with physical pre-paid cards that are then distributed to all employees of the company. But Pleo’s about more than just paying for stuff. You’ll be helping our customers simplify and streamline their invoices, reimbursements, subscriptions – the lot.
This role is based at our Madrid office on a full time basis (Monday to Friday)
About The Role 👀
As a sales intern you will work closely with Pleo's Spain sales team to carry out key onboarding and prospecting activities. This position offers and excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of financial technology and business development
This role requires a high level of energy, strong communication skills, a can-do attitude paired with an analytical and empathetic mindset.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities in Spain
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for users
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
- Participate in the creation and execution of prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails and social media
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly update our CRM system
- You are an University student or recently graduated ideally from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or any related field
- Genuine interest in financial technology and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of computer tool such as Google Suite

- Schedule and publish the content on all social media channels (6 profiles) according to the content calendar.

Entre sus funciones estará la elaboración de sinopsis, entrevistas con especialistas para búsqueda, consolidación y documentación de tramas, redacción de perfiles de personajes, biblias, apoyo de textos en guión y comunicación. Realizarás trabajo de investigación, documentación y redacción en series de ficción. También ejercerá labores de Comunicación y Marketing.
Se valorará iniciativa y capacidad para investigar y entrevistar expertos en relación con las diferentes tramas. Agilidad en el establecimiento de dichas entrevistas y una escritura en prosa con estilo y calidad. Y fundamentalmente, creatividad y ADN.
