As the Admissions & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the school's vision to prospective families, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Admissions: Develop and implement a highly effective admissions strategy, supported by relevant policies and procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process, ensuring a high rate of conversion from enquiry to enrollment.
Organize and lead school tours, open days, and orientation events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions data using Veracross and provide regular reports to the HOS.
Collaborate with academic staff and families to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families.
Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to promote The RWIS Way!

Manage the school's digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.

Oversee the creation and review of promotional content such as newsletters, prospectuses, and event materials.
Actively engage with the local and international media, business, NGO and diplomatic community to position RWIS as their school of choice.

Oversee the activities of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and act as a liaison between parents and the school.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or community relations, ideally within an international school setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Experience as an international school educator will also be an advantage.

- Gestión y control del presupuesto de marca, stock y backlog, asegurando la rotación adecuada y disponibilidad de productos.
- Coordinación de promociones con los equipos de Marcom y Web, garantizando la visibilidad en la plataforma online de la empresa.
- Medición de la rentabilidad de las acciones de marketing y cumplimiento de objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
- Colaboración con el equipo de ventas para establecer objetivos y gestionar el backlog de pedidos.
- Realización de previsiones de ventas y estrategias para optimizar los rebates.
Que buscamos en ti?
- Titulación en ADE, Marketing o experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en tareas similares, preferiblemente dentro del sector IT.
- Perfil comercial, analítico y orientado a resultados.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de marketing, ventas, y negociación.
- Proactividad y capacidad para tomar decisiones.
- Habilidades de comunicación y facilidad de trato.
- Nivel medio-alto de Excel.
- Se valorará un buen nivel de inglés.
