- Apoyar en el mantenimiento del sistema de garantía de calidad y colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos.
- Asistir en la verificación documental de proveedores y clientes, conforme a la normativa vigente.
- Colaborar en el seguimiento de procedimientos de retirada de medicamentos y otras medidas cautelares, bajo supervisión de la Directora Técnica.
- Apoyar en la gestión de reclamaciones, recopilando información y documentación relevante para su análisis.
- Colaborar en la interlocución con autoridades sanitarias, cuando sea requerido.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas como soporte técnico.
- Apoyar en el seguimiento de actividades subcontratadas relacionadas con GDP/BPD.
- Participar en autoinspecciones y en la implementación de acciones correctivas.
- Mantener registros de las tareas delegadas por la Directora Técnica.
- Apoyar en la gestión de productos devueltos o retirados, según indicaciones.
- Colaborar en el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y normativos aplicables.
- Coordinarse con el resto de los departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos.
- Imprescindible: Titulación requerida por el RD 782/2013: Licenciado en Farmacia o plan de Licenciatura de Farmacia como base.
- Valorable: Conocimientos normativa ISO 9001 y 14001.
- Imprescindible: Formación y Experiencia adecuada en GDP/BPD.
- Imprescindible: No incurrir en incompatibilidades legales del RD 782/2013.

- Support the implementation of the project related to the blue collars self-service enhancements guiding employees to the usage of GE Vernova’s tools and payroll vendor’s portal, both verbally and in written also creating presentations and material to be shared on site, in alignment with the due dates and the project plan established by the Vernova’s global/regional team
- Travel almost twice per month mostly to GE Vernova' site in Toledo to ensure People Ops presence in our plants.

Desde el equipo interno de Quality Risk Management prestarás servicio a los distintos equipos que integran el área de Advisory de la firma. Entre las principales funciones estarían:

- Experiencia previa de entre 6 y 12 años en áreas de Data, Risk & Compliance o auditoría externa/interna, siendo muy positivo el haberlo hecho en firma de servicios profesionales.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, tanto con cliente interno como externo.
- Habilidades e interés para manejar información masiva de datos, principalmente con Excel y PowerBI.
- Se valorará positivamente el dominio de Python o similar. Conocimiento de herramientas y soluciones tecnológicas, tales como CRM, ERP, Ciberseguridad, Digitalización de procesos, Analítica de datos, etc.
- Nivel de inglés: C1-C2. Conocimiento del funcionamiento de las políticas y los procedimientos internos y de cómo se generan y gestionan las oportunidades de negocio/comerciales.
- Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos.

The Team:
The Marketing Database Hub Team, as part of our Global Digital Marketing Team, is helping our Go-To-Market Organization to grow business by managing the integrity, segmentation, and flow of all prospect and customer data to power targeted marketing campaigns and provide clear intelligence to the sales team.
The Role:
Join the Celonis rocket-ship and help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing tactics. In this role, you will enrich our inbound funnel data and assist in routing prospects to our Business Development Team. This includes connecting the dots when a prospect indicates they are ready to talk to Sales and powering up our ability to segment our database for highly personalized campaigns.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for lead uploads into our Marketing Automation platform and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about the design of a marketing funnel in a high-growth SaaS model, how to use Salesforce for lead management, and how core database hygiene best practices work.
The work you’ll do:
- Match and enrich inbound leads using Salesforce and LinkedIn to ensure clean, actionable data.
- Manage lead list uploads into our marketing automation platform.
- Build reports in Salesforce to track lead flow and database health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors between our marketing and sales systems.
- Support the Marketing Database and Automation teams with daily operational tasks.
