Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms primarily (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the team and external agency to produce engaging and high-performing ad creatives and content.
• Explore opportunities on TikTok and other new media
• Work with influencer marketing across all markets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  
  

Profile: The ideal candidate has a strong desire to drive online engagement through data-driven strategies and is motivated by achieving measurable results. You will be part of a small, agile team responsible for the online business, where collaboration and adaptability are key. Comfort with numbers and a solid understanding of social media analytics are essential. Experience in paid social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and content creation is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is more important.
