Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative who wants to work from the picturesque landscapes of Greece. If you have a passion for customer service and are fluent in Spanish, this is the role for you!

In this position, you will engage with our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with assistance, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your expertise in communication and dedication to service excellence will be key components of your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding products, services, and order management
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers accurately


Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service applications
