Role Description:
As a Product Owner within our consulting team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of digital innovation, financial services, and agile delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value to our clients in the banking sector. Your role will involve managing product backlogs, coordinating development efforts, and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary squads (API, Front-end, UX/UI, QA, TAE) following Agile methodologies.
- Translate epics and functional requirements into detailed user stories using JIRA, ensuring traceability and clarity for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in English, capturing business needs and aligning priorities
- Validate APIs using tools like Postman and ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of digital banking products such as loans, onboarding journeys, assisted channels (e.g., chatbots), and security features.
- Ensure proper backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery cadence in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements:
- English: Fluent (B2-C1 level minimum), with the ability to work daily with international stakeholders.
Experience:
- Solid experience in financial services or consulting, ideally in areas such as Loans, Payments, Wealth, and Customer Experience.
- Prior experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a strong understanding of agile delivery.
- Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams and interact with Compliance, Front Office, and Middle Office.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA to break down epics into user stories.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with APIs and Postman for validation.
- Understanding of how front-end and back-end components interact.
Cross-Skills:
- Knowledge in digital channels, agile frameworks, and customer-facing platforms.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Formarás parte del equipo de e-Commerce, trabajando de la mano del equipo de Negocio para dar soporte a las diferentes áreas, con las incidencias de los sistemas corporativos, internos o teceros.
Serás la persona responsable del ciclo de vida de cada incidencia, gestionando la solución con los equipos de desarrollo correspondientes, reportando mejoras quickwin y dando visibilidad de resolución a los usuarios finales.
¿Qué harás?
- Gestión del ciclo de un error en las aplicaciones, desde el análisis de causa raíz hasta la resolución y posible petición de desarrollo.
- Soporte directo a los equipos de negocio.
- Onboard de los usuarios nuevos, participar en la formación de las aplicaciones y servicios a los usuarios de negocio.
- Identificación de posibles problemas, ya sea mediante auditorías automatizadas o análisis de incidencias frecuentes.
- Trabajar con equipos interfuncionales (operaciones, comercial, marketing, atención al cliente, entre otros).
- Asistencia en integraciones de sistemas.

Job Description:
For PO CDP (Central Data Platform) Service Team:
• Further develops the product vision of CDP Service Team and takes the organization along in this.
• Knows how to organically increase the data maturity of its stakeholders.
• Has understanding/knowledge of data modeling, governance and engineering (NB does not have to perform itself):
o Different forms of data
o Understanding of data modeling
o ETL
o Cloud storage of data
o Ways of data consumption.
• Has understanding/knowledge of cloud infrastructure and setting up data platforms in the cloud (Azure - pré, Databricks - pré).
• Has previous experience in setting up (data) teams (customer is at the beginning of this):
o Team itself is also new, so must be able to provide structure.
o Must be able to build the right mix of capabilities in the team.
o Be able to build WOW together with the team.
• Is a senior product owner:
o Scrum must, including all standard PO tasks.
o Safe knowledge is a plus.
o Can independently bring in work.
o Is the owner of 1 of the 3 central data teams and can bridge the gap between these teams.
Overarching:
- Translate Customer’s data vision and strategy into a roadmap/implementation plan for D&K.
- WOW about setting up/aligning the teams.
- Data point of contact for D&K.

- Du deckst den gesamten Requirement Life-Cycle ab (Erhebung, Dokumentation, Prüfung/Qualitätssicherung) und stehst in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Product Ownern, Development und (internen) Fachabteilungen
- Du bist ein Meister in der Übersetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in technische Sprache und stellst komplexe Zusammenhänge für Development Teams vereinfacht dar
- Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung bestehender bzw. die Einführung neuer Produkte von der groben Anforderungserhebung über die laufende Entwicklung bis hin zu Fehleranalysen im laufenden Umsetzungsprozess
- Du unterstützt deine Ausarbeitungen mit aussagekräftigen Grafiken und Präsentationen
- Du arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld und fühlst dich in einem agilen Team wohl
- Du unterstützt das Team sowohl bei der Backlog-Priorisierung/dem Sprint Planning, als auch bei der Erstellung der einzelnen Aufwandsschätzungen/den Refinement-Zeremonien
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner und bringst grundsätzliche Softwareentwicklungsskills aus früheren Positionen oder aus deiner Ausbildung mit
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Requirements Engineering/Anforderungsanalyse sammeln können
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrungen mit UML und im Analysieren von Prozessen gemacht
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
- Du hast eine strukturierte und analytische Herangehensweise, dich mit komplexen Aufgabengebieten auseinander zu setzen
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Typ, löst Konflikte effizient und findest in technischen Abstimmungsmeetings den idealen Weg
- Du bist eine qualitätsbewusste Person und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert an deinen Aufgaben
- Du bist eine starke, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und zeichnest dich durch Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative aus
- Du kannst dich in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sehr gut ausdrücken

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt, bei Berufseinstieg je nach Qualifikation/ Ausbildung 40.000,00 € brutto jährlich (Vollzeit) – eine weitere Überzahlung ist je nach Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich möglich und erfolgt marktkonform.
