iOS Swift

We are looking for a skilled *iOS Engineer* to take the lead in designing scalable and robust application architectures. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You will resolve complex technical challenges, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure the highest standards of performance and maintainability.

This is a hybrid position based in Krakow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week.

*What You´ll Do*

* Take the lead in designing scalable and robust application architectures based on business requirements. Own the technical direction and architectural integrity of the product.
* Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into well-structured, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.

* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the engineering team.
* Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve product performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Create, maintain, and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders. Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*What We´re Looking For*

* 5+ years of experience in iOS development, with a proven track record of leading technical efforts in building complex, high-performance applications.
* Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with a deep understanding of the language and frameworks to design, implement, and optimize modern iOS applications.
* Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and System Design: Ability to architect and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems. Comfortable making high-level design decisions and resolving complex architectural challenges.
* Understanding of multi-threading and async development. Strong knowledge of structured concurrency.
* Experience with integrating web solutions into a native application, bridging between JS code and Swift.
* Understanding of iOS design principles and interface guidelines.
* Understanding of iOS application life cycle.
* Knowledge of UI/UX standards for modern applications, ensuring that the product not only meets technical requirements but also delivers a superior user experience.
* Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Passion for software engineering, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
* Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.

Kotlin Android Microservices Kafka

Nuestro cliente es una multinacional del sector de la moda a nivel internacional con más de 2.850 puntos de venta en 120 paises.

Tu objetivo será construir, mejorar y mantener la aplicación Android en el Proyecto: ADA+ (android device assistant) de las tiendas que trabaja con RFID, que controla el stock en tiempo real para que no haya rotura de stock en tienda, lo que les ha permitido un incremento de las ventas en tienda del 6%.

Es una aplicación moderna de Android que trabaja con Mongo DB, real, sincroniza por bluetooth con lectores de códigos e impresoras de etiquetas.

Trabajan con microservicios, kafka, Kotlin, APMS, Gitflow, Browserstack, SonarQube. Aplican metodología Agile-Scrum

En el proyecto hay 3 equipos, 2 destinados al desarrollo. Llevan a cabo 2 semanas de desarrollo y luego los despliegues se realizan por anillos (grupos de tiendas), que les permite detectar si hay problemas o errores antes de seguir con el despliegue a otras tiendas, se realizan por Googlebusiness.
