About the role

Your task will include:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.

- Resource Management:
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams.
- Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle
On your first month in Fever:
- Familiarize yourself with company business, procedures, and team dynamics.
- Conduct an in-depth review of ongoing projects and their status.
- Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
- Begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes.
After 3 months in Fever:
- Successfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements.
- Further strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
On your 6th month in Fever:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month.
- Continue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

¿Qué harás?
Como Técnico/a de Logística en CASFID, serás parte clave del equipo encargado de garantizar que todo el material técnico y logístico esté listo, actualizado y en perfecto estado para nuestros eventos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:
🔹 Gestión y preparación de material para eventos
- Inventariado, configuración y preparación de dispositivos (móviles, impresoras, routers, regletas, portátiles, ITOS, TNA, tótems y minitótems).
- Instalación y actualización de apps en dispositivos Android y soluciones de hardware.
- Testing y configuración de plataformas de cobro (TNA, NFC, QR).
- Disponibilidad para participar en montajes y soporte técnico durante eventos.
- Procesamiento, montaje, etiquetado y envío de pedidos (entradas, acreditaciones, pulseras, etc.).
- Impresión y pegado de etiquetas, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad del material.
- Organización, limpieza y optimización del espacio del almacén.
- Control rutinario y mantenimiento diario del material técnico.
