Funciones

En Nivel IV desarrollamos NET4, el software de gestión de personal y nómina que utilizan cerca de la mitad de las ETTs de España, y NIA, nuestra propia suite de agentes de IA integrada en el producto. Formamos parte de zvoove, grupo europeo líder en software e IA para el sector del staffing.

NIA ya está en clientes, y cada vez más empresas la quieren. Buscamos a alguien que convierta cada instalación en algo rápido, fiable y repetible: que deje la IA conectada, probada y funcionando antes de entregarla al cliente, y que vaya automatizando el proceso hasta que instalar NIA sea cuestión de horas, no de semanas.

Qué harás

• Instalar y configurar los agentes de NIA, adaptando parámetros, flujos y permisos a sus procesos.
• Integrar las APIs de NET4 con los sistemas del cliente y con servicios externos como WhatsApp Business API, webhooks y APIs de modelos de lenguaje.
• Preparar cada entorno: credenciales, secretos, accesos, certificados y conectividad.
• Verificar antes de entregar: pruebas de extremo a extremo, pruebas de integración y validación de cada agente con casos reales del cliente.
• Validar la puesta en marcha con el cliente y emitir el informe de instalación conforme.
• Resolver las incidencias técnicas durante la instalación y las primeras semanas en producción, escalando a Desarrollo cuando haga falta.
• Dejar configurada la monitorización (disponibilidad, errores, consumo) y traspasar el cliente a Soporte con la documentación completa.
• Estandarizar y automatizar la instalación mediante scripts, plantillas, checklists y runbooks.

Encajas si…

• Tienes al menos 1 años de experiencia en implantación técnica de software, integración de sistemas o soporte de nivel 2/3.
• Has trabajado con APIs REST en la práctica: autenticación OAuth y API keys, pruebas con Postman o similar, y diagnóstico de errores a partir de logs y respuestas.
• Te mueves con soltura en Azure: App Services, Key Vault, redes y permisos.
• Usas SQL para comprobar que los datos están donde deben estar.

By day 60 → own a deployment. Lead at least one customer deployment end to end: discovery, CRM integration (e.g. our native Zoho integration, HubSpot or own customer's CRM), conversation design, evals and go-live, including multichannel outreach where voice and WhatsApp work together. Report its lead to booking impact.

By day 90 → make it repeatable. Own a portfolio of customer deployments. Measurably improve lead to booking on at least one of them (voice is where we see the biggest gap today). Feed what you learn into the agent's self-improvement loop and turn one recurring field learning into a shipped product improvement. Write v1 of the deployment playbook.

🎯 What you’ll do

• 🛠️ Deploy and integrate our agents: take new customers from kickoff to go-live across WhatsApp and voice (STT + LLM + TTS)
• 🔌 Own CRM and data integrations: connect our agents to customers' systems (Zoho, HubSpot, and whatever else they run) so leads, bookings and outcomes flow both ways, reliably
• 🧠 Design prompts, flows and evals: build the conversation logic for each customer, write evals and iterate until quality is measurable, not anecdotal
• 🎙️ Keep voice fast and affordable: watch per-turn latency and cost per conversation, find the bottleneck (speech-to-text, the model, text-to-speech, telephony) and fix it; help us evaluate new approaches such as live speech-to-speech models
• 📈 Measure and improve lead to booking: instrument every deployment, read the conversations, find where leads drop and fix it
• 🤝 Be the technical face for customers: run technical discovery, workshops and reviews with admissions, marketing and IT teams, manage expectations and earn their trust quickly
• 🔁 Turn field learnings into product: spot patterns across customers, write them up, and build or push for reusable features, templates and tooling with the product and engineering team
• 🚀 Lay the groundwork to scale: document the deployment playbook so that the next ten customers go live faster than the last one

Must-haves:

• 🧑 💻 Engineer with a track record of shipping and running production software, strong in Python and/or TypeScript (preferably)
• 🔗 APIs and integrations: REST, webhooks, auth, data mapping, retries and idempotency. You've connected systems that weren't designed to talk to each other, and kept them working
• 🤖 LLMs in production: you've shipped LLM-powered features or agents to real users and know where they break (prompting, tool calling, evals, monitoring, model changes, cost)
• 🎙️ Customer-facing: you're comfortable in front of a customer, can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical people, manage expectations and say no when needed
• 🧭 Product sense: you care about the outcome and you can tell a one-off request from a product opportunity
• ✍️ Clear writer: your specs, notes and playbooks can be followed without you in the room
• 💪🏼 "Get sh*t done" energy: bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity
• 🇪🇸🇬🇧 Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written

Nice-to-haves:

☎️ Voice AI and telephony experience (STT/TTS, SIP, latency tuning), Twilio or similar

💬 WhatsApp Business API or other messaging platforms

🗂️ Hands-on experience with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales/admissions funnels

You'll be our first FDE, so you'll define what the role is. As we add customers, there are two natural paths, and we'll shape them with you:

Lead forward deployed engineering: hire and lead the next FDEs, own the deployment playbook and how the company goes live with customers

Product engineering: take the patterns you see in the field and own them as product areas (integrations, voice, evals and agent quality)
