Se requieren conocimientos operativos de atribución, pixel y Conversions API, gestión de audiencias y buenas prácticas de medición. El perfil debe tener mentalidad analítica y visión de negocio, capacidad para priorizar por impacto y gestionar varios países y canales de forma simultánea.

Funciones

La persona seleccionada diseñará y ejecutará estrategias de Paid Media end-to-end, desde la planificación hasta la optimización continua, gestionando presupuestos y pacing por país y canal en función de objetivos de ROAS y CPA.

Entre sus responsabilidades estarán el testeo y escalado de creatividades y audiencias, el análisis de KPIs como CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, AOV o conversiones y la toma de decisiones basadas en datos para pausar, escalar o ajustar campañas.

También identificará oportunidades por mercado y propondrá cambios ágiles en inversión, mensajes, landings o estrategias de remarketing y upper funnel, en coordinación con los equipos de Contenidos y Diseño.

- Strong commercial/sales skills and understanding of the media, advertising and creative landscape.

- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.

We are the Data Science team within AI Labs, the applied AI department at Insud Pharma. We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products, models, and analytical solutions that directly inform and shape decision-making.

We are looking for an Applied Data Scientist with strong technical foundations who is eager to work across diverse and complex problem domains (R&D, drug manufacturing process optimization, clinical trials, and beyond). You will model problems from the ground up—defining the right framing, selecting appropriate methodologies, and owning solutions through rigorous development to full deployment.

We are seeking someone curious enough to tackle varied challenges (graph theory, embeddings, neural network forecasting models, causality, Bayesian optimization), rigorous enough to justify every technical and methodological decision, and independent enough to deliver end-to-end impact while taking full ownership of their work.

How the team works:

AI Labs operates with a startup mindset within Insud Pharma. The department is young, and the culture reflects that: flat, collaborative, and fast-moving. Beyond the Data Science team, you will work alongside AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work.

We hold regular demo days where teams present their work, as well as whiteboard sessions where we tackle problems together. The cross-disciplinary dynamic is genuinely strong. The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city.

The challenge!

• Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams. Each project is run by a small group — typically a Product Manager, a Data Scientist, an Engineer, and key stakeholders. Iteration is fast, feedback loops are short, and your contribution is visible from day one.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights in large datasets.
• Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and statistical methodologies to solve high-impact, real-world business problems.
• Translate technical findings into clear narratives, visualizations, and decision frameworks for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.

What do you need?

• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Expertise in Python programming, including proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow…).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and experience in causal inference methodologies will be highly valued.

Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Leader with strong experience in microservices architectures and big data solutions to join the CDAIO Tech & Engineer team.

The Tech Leader will act as the technical reference, driving architectural evolution across both application and Big Data ecosystems, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business and data governance needs. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader and point of reference for the Datatooling platform.
- Define, evolve and govern the microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Own key technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
- Lead the integration and optimal use of ElasticSearch, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive the design and evolution of data processing solutions using Spark and Databricks.
- Oversee orchestration and scheduling of data workflows using Airflow and Control-M.
- Ensure alignment between application services and Big Data platforms.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices and architectural principles.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify technical risks and define mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, observability, performance and reliability.
- Contribute to technical planning and roadmap definition.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a Tech Leader or Senior Technical role in microservices-based architectures.
- Strong expertise in REST API design and governance.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ElasticSearch
- Redis
- PostgreSQL
- Solid experience in Big Data technologies, including:
- Apache Spark
- Databricks
- Airflow
- Control-M
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data platforms and scalable architectures.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Data Governance initiatives or platforms.
- Knowledge of TrueDat (IBM) or similar data governance solutions.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Cloud platform experience.
- Ability to define cross-domain technical standards (application & data).
