We are looking for a Senior/Lead Test Automation Engineer specializing in .NET to test the hedge fund´s multi-asset class order management and execution management system.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and document the testing strategy, plan, and scope of testing for various features in parallel
- Organize and control the testing process from a business value perspective
- Facilitate inter-team communication across feature teams and POs
- Define test automation levels for a variety of features and components to support the test automation pyramid
- Write test automation scripts, extending the framework´s implementation when required
- Support our functional testers with manual testing activities when needed
- Participate in the code review process following standardized principles and conventions
- Be proactive, not tolerating problems, with the ability to work in environments with rapidly changing requirements and goals

REQUIREMENTS- 3+ years of QA experience and at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation using .NET
- Strong understanding of functional testing practices, documentation, and processes
- Good knowledge of C# and OOP
- Experience in working with NUnit
- Understanding of CI tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins, TeamCity)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to speak up when required
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English

About the Role

Senior Cloud Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based solutions, primarily utilizing Azure Cloud (but other cloud platforms could also be Alibaba Cloud). The ideal candidate will drive new architecture design, architectural improvements, provide technical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust cloud services.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. In L&H Solutions we do not operate and monitor productive infrastructure, rather we design and build them, leaving other teams to handle the operations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in writing IaaC and identify himself solutions to automate deployments. Most important skills are PowerShell, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Helm, and constantly research and apply DevOps best practice.

Being a lead you will also help and guide other DevOps on delivering their tasks, collaborate with Engineering manager and Product Owner to ensure the product infrastructure is designed and adapted accordingly to changing requirements.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Solutionalize how to automatically deploy cloud infrastructure including networking, storage, compute, policies, monitoring, security, identity, functions, etc.
- Write PowerShell scripts for automation and management tasks.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
- Create Dockerfiles to build container images.

El equipo de Data Science:

El equipo de Data Science trabaja en una amplia variedad de temas. Participamos activamente en la definición y desarrollo de nuestra suite de productos en detección de fraude y automatización de siniestros. Contamos con una sólida experiencia técnica y profesional en data science, ingeniería de datos, programación, comprensión del negocio e interacción con clientes. Además, trabajamos con distintos tipos de datos: datos estructurados, texto libre, documentos e imágenes.

Tus responsabilidades principales incluirán:

• Montar y desplegar pipelines de procesamiento de datos: recepción (batch o tiempo real), limpieza, extracción de información y calibración de modelos de detección de fraude.
• Colaborar con clientes para comprender sus necesidades e incorporar su feedback para mejorar nuestras soluciones.
• Realizar actividades de I+D para impulsar la innovación de producto (machine learning, NLP, análisis de imágenes, análisis de tendencias, chatbots, LLM, etc.).
• Participar en todo el ciclo de vida de un producto de Data Science: entender cómo se conectan ventas, customer success, producto e ingeniería para entregar un producto de IA a los clientes.

Tu perfil y requisitos:

• Tienes un diploma en Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, Machine Learning y/o Big Data.
• Tienes experiencia en programación orientada a objetos (OOP) —por ejemplo experiencias previas, proyectos académicos o personales— y puedes escribir código de calidad apto para producción.
• Te sientes cómodo/a tratando con clientes.
• Español fluido obligatorio y buen nivel de inglés (C1) para comunicarte con claridad.
