What you will do:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via chats, emails and tickets;
- Managing troubleshooting processes, handling escalations, and backlog maintenance;

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong IT Service Owner / Application Responsible Deputy to join our Digital Banking Technology team. In this key operational role, you will act as deputy to the Application Responsible, ensuring seamless, reliable, and secure operation of critical banking applications throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service stability, operational readiness, and incident leadership, bridging development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role within an Agile environment, requiring deep system knowledge, disciplined process adherence, and clear communication across levels and functions.
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Service Ownership: Ensure high availability, optimal performance, adequate capacity, and robust disaster recovery capabilities across assigned services.
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Define, govern, and verify NFRs including SLAs, RTO/RPO targets, scalability benchmarks, observability, and resilience standards.
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead Level 3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents; drive preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Change & Deployment Governance: Actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB), evaluate change risks, and provide Go/No-Go recommendations based on testing, rollback plans, and UAT outcomes.

- Cross-Platform Operations: Support hybrid environments spanning Windows Server and Linux (RHEL), managing logs, certificates, services, firewalls, and permissions.
- Risk and Compliance:
- Conduct IT risk assessments and oversee mitigation plans.
- Enforce compliance with Information Security policies regarding access control, network segmentation, and hardening standards.
- Maintain up-to-date runbooks, business continuity documentation, and audit evidence.
- Agile Collaboration: Work embedded within Agile Release Trains (ARTs), applying SAFe principles and leveraging Confluence for transparent planning and knowledge management.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or service ownership roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
Technical Competencies
You possess proven skills in most of the following areas:
· Relational databases: MSSQL (T-SQL), Oracle, or PostgreSQL (query optimisation, transaction handling)
· Operating Systems: Strong command of both Windows Server and Linux (RHEL),scripting, service configuration, log analysis

Descripción del empleo
Ingeniero de Soporte Nivel 3 especialista, con 5 años de experiencia mínimo para dar soporte a la infraestructura hibrida de Correo y herramientas propias de la SUITE M365 del cliente. Gestionará además de las incidencias N3 escaladas por los grupos inferiores, incidencias de alto impacto. Guardias e intervenciones. Elaboración de informes relacionados con la infra a gestionar.

The division
You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).
Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.
Our Main Missions
- Monitor the Security Threat Landscape
- Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group
- Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities
- Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity
- Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities
- Corporate functions (Group Mandate) : Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness
- CyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)
- Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)
- Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security) : Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets
Main missions
Your Responsibilities Include
- Provide expertise and guidance for problems or questions around Digital security standards & market best practices (Support level 3)
- Define and perform controls to verify AXA’s digital assets are compliant with Group standards
- Provide technical support to AXA’s entities through the entire lifecycle and ecosystem of domain name management in a secure way
- Coordinate resolution to any deficiencies observed and make recommendation to affected stakeholders. Check effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Provide timely reporting on the AXA’s digital assets quality & compliance level
- Support AXA Group with targeted actions to control the divestment and onboarding of entities from a Digital presence point of view
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in managing internet architecture and digital infrastructure
- Experience with Domain registration, DNS configuration, SSL/TLS certificate management, networt protocols & web technologies
- scripting and development (python, powershell, etc.)
- Experience of working in large and matrix organizations > 2 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Result driven / Delivery oriented
