FloraQueen 🌸 is an e-commerce company that has been in business for 18 years . We started out selling flowers online but have since expanded to revolutionize the gifting industry . We use data and technology to create unique gifting experiences.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager or Content Creator to join our team. The ideal person will be passionate about social media, content creation , and community engagement . You will be responsible for managing, creating, and publishing engaging and interactive content on our social networks , working closely with our team to enhance our digital presence . You will also be involved in the creation and execution of successful campaigns . Please note that we have a very attractive and aesthetically pleasing product range , so it is very nice and interesting to work with!

• Develop engaging copy for social media posts and publish them across platforms.
• Create and edit TikTok videos to enhance brand visibility.
• Design, publish, and schedule interactive stories (guides, wallpapers, etc.) on Instagram and other channels.
• Measure the success of every social media platform , analyzing KPIs such as impressions, engagement, and traffic to report on social media performance.

• Support photo and video shoots to capture high-quality content for social media.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and organize marketing campaigns 🚀.
• Review and analyze content from previous campaigns to inform future strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.

• 🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Professional training in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field. Nice to have proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• 📱 Content Creation: Proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Ability to generate creative and engaging content ideas and strong copywriting skills ✍️.
• 🎥 Video Creation: Strong video creation skills and experience with editing tools (CapCut).
• 🤝 Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with different departments. Ability to accept feedback and grow professionally 🚀.
• 📋 Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 🗣️ Languages: Excellent communication skills in Spanish 🇪🇸 and fluency in English.
• 🎓 Agreement with the university (or educational institute).
• 📅 Minimum stay 6 months.
