The project!

As an Apparel Graphic Design Intern, you will support the team in all tasks related to designing, creating and approving graphics, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

What will the role entail?

• Creating division imagery using Adobe Package tools
• Develop the required graphic designs for our brands
• Manage the approval process for their own developed artworks in merchandising materials provided by developers.
• Ensure alignment with project standards and requirements

• University degree or equivalent in graphic design or similar.

The project!

As a Product Analyst Intern, you will assist in the Calvin Klein team in all tasks related to system incidences, reporting, analysis, and stock control, as well as finance related issues.

What will the role entail?

• Update and analyse Sales & KPIS reporting
• Tracking deliveries to stores. In transit and receiving.
• Solve merchandise incidents
• Solve and tracking prices issues in the system
• Transfers between stores in the system
• Stock adjustments
• Stores stock takes control and system support+

¡El proyecto!:

Estamos buscando un Técnico de Servicio de BT para nuestras oficinas centrales en Madrid, que brinde soporte técnico en persona, por teléfono y por correo electrónico a empleados de oficina y tiendas, garantizando la resolución de incidentes y brindando un servicio al cliente interno excepcional.

¿En qué consistirá el rol?:

• Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional al responder solicitudes de soporte técnico por teléfono, correo electrónico y en línea.
• Gestión de tickets de servicio de TI, soporte en el lugar y en línea para la base de usuarios de AWWG.
• Seguir y controlar todos los casos de soporte para garantizar una resolución oportuna y seguimiento.
• Escalar situaciones críticas de clientes al nivel adecuado de dirección y experiencia en ingeniería.

• Formación profesional relacionada con Tecnologías de la Información FP2 o similares
• Idiomas: Alto nivel de español. Nivel medio de inglés.
• Conocimientos informáticos: Conocimiento y capacidad de solución de problemas de hardware y software (entorno Windows). Excelente comprensión de los fundamentos técnicos de Internet. Exposición a Attlassian Suite (deseable). Experiencia o alto interés en el espacio de seguridad de puntos finales empresariales.
• Habilidades esenciales: Habilidades de servicio al cliente, soporte de múltiples compromisos/clientes simultáneos, análisis y depuración.
• Capacidad para funcionar como contribuyente individual y/o como miembro de un equipo.
