YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to be part of our Supply Chain European team and play an important role in our organization!
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the optimization of logistics operations and the Cost to Serve across Europe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall performance of the Bacardi’s European Logistics Distribution network.

Responsibilities -
- Lead and oversea 3PL logistics activities ensuring they meet performance targets for on-time delivery, cost, inventory accuracy & service levels.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track and improve 3PL efficiency and Distribution cost
- Collaborate with the customers, commercial and logistics teams in the development of plans that drives service improvements and logistic efficiencies for both parties.
- Drive ESG agenda for Europe and lead the decarbonisation of the logistics network
- Logistics Strategy Development: Help define the Europe & global logistics optimization strategy aligned with the organization's objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs.
- Project Manager for key continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a connection with the gross margin task force. Projects related to Customer service, logistics or related to supply chain E2E
- Budget Management: Supports the region’s annual budget and drive the Cost To Serve agenda adding value to Distribution costs.
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and implement strategies for mitigating logistics risks, including supply chain disruptions, system failures, and contingency planning to ensure seamless operations.
- POSM, supports optimization initiatives to improve process and harmonize process, systems, and controls.
- Process Improvement: Lead the design and implementation of standardized logistics processes, best practices, and performance metrics across Europe. Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to optimize logistics operations.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyse large volumes of logistics data, including transportation costs, transit times, warehouse utilization, and inventory levels. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics optimization initiatives with broader business objectives. Foster strong partnerships and communication channels to facilitate seamless coordination and implementation of optimization strategies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically +6 years) in logistics management, optimization, and process improvement within a complex, multinational organization.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, modelling, and optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and drive results within specified timelines.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, & make data-driven decisions.
- Strong financial literacy to manage budgets, optimize costs, and measure performance.
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate return on investment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
