YOUR OPPORTUNITY

  • Drive commercial success and excellence in execution across the Channel.
  • You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in your Accounts / store.
  • Excite the consumer and build sustainable customer partnerships – executing our core brands and bringing our innovations to life.

About You

  • We need you to be analytical and very focused on numerical skills in order to take decisions business oriented.
  • Preferably with experience in FMCG with knowledge managing stores, little customers, trade and merchandising.
  • We want you to think differently, to challenge and explore, to stretch our business thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES -WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • As part of the team, you will need to contribute to deliver our Sales targets: VOL, Net Sales, SOM, SOS, High shelf , Boxes and Visibility.
  • Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan agreed in the Accounts Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands
  • Negotiate to improve Distribution & Visibility targets with the stores and regional managers.
  • Install and ensure all the activations in store coming from CPA and KA plans and their own iniciatives.
  • Drive value share growth and share of shelf for our brands in the Channel
  • You will develop our Premium portfolio and protect the core business in the channel

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be able to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.
  • Be competent in using Powerpoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
  • Be fluent in Spanish language because the position would be the responsible for Spain.
