We are looking for a HR Specialist!
At BREWSTER ACADEMY SPAIN, we are growing, and we want to incorporate
Human Resources Technician into our team who participates in the proper
functioning of the department and helps in the implementation of policies and
procedures related to personnel management.
If you are an organized person, with communication skills and a passion for people
management, we are looking for you!
What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Managing day-to-day HR operations- including hirings, onboarding, employee
relations, administrations, development…
- Collaborate in the preparation and management of reports and presentations.
- Document management.
- Participate in the management of internal communication by transmitting key
information to employees and other areas.
- Collaborate in the organization and monitoring of activities related to health
and safety of employees.
- Support in the implementation of regulatory compliance and corporate social
responsibility programs.
What we look for in you:
- University Degree Training in RRLL and HR.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in administrative roles in HR.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on & proactive approach to problem solving.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team.
- Discretion and professionalism.
