Job mission
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she ensures a unique client experience before,during and after a sale. He/she achieves sales targets and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she also participates to the daily boutique operations.
Main Accountabilities
Sales Achievements
- Ensures unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
- Perfectly masters the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
- Adapts according to clients’ needs and motivations
- Strives to always improve and surprise the clients
- Deals with ease during negotiations and objections
- Transmits the passion and values of the Maison
- Acts as the privileged contact for the client(s) in the case of Care Service
- Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
- Efficiently develops the client portfolio
- Executes targeted CRM actions
- Participates to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
- Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies and procedures
- Participate in inventories
- Participates in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Participates in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Assists with special projects when requested
- You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish, any other language is a plus
- You have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clients
- You are meticulous, organized, flexible and highly client focused
- You take ownership and demonstrate a sense of responsibility and commitment
- You are a team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to support the team goals

Job mission
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming of
Clients, manage waiting time and ensure that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. He/she also assists the Sales Associates during a sale and participates in daily boutique operations.
Main Accountabilities
Sales Assistance
- Assists discreetly with various tasks during a sale
- Coordinates between Sales Associates, Admin and Management teams
- Gift wrapping and management of the BOH Area
- Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure
- Assists with Care Service duties such as repairs, registrations etc.
- Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
- Participate to inventories
- Participates in price labeling
- Participates in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Participates to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Orders boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.)
- Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable
- Responsible for the music and the olfactory atmosphere of the boutique
- Ensure the windows and counters are in perfect condition
- Ensures an exceptional client experience and seamless client journey by warmly greeting and seating clients whenever possible, offering refreshments and reading materials, providing accurate wait time estimates, and proactively managing the waiting area.
- Efficiently manages client appointments, providing proactive support to Sales Associates in preparing for meetings as needed.
- Optimizes the Boutique space in terms of seating and perfectly anticipates floor organization such as lunch times, office hours, trainings, etc.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish, any other language is a plus
- You have pervious retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- You are proactive and can identify customer needs and potential issues
- You demonstrate a collaborative spirit and willingness to support team goals
- A passion for customer engagement, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility in working hours
- You have basic computer and POS system knowledge

Funciones:
- Emisión/recepción de llamadas a clientes de la compañía aseguradora.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y dar asesoramiento personalizado.
- Realizar la venta de las pólizas y resolver las consultas de los clientes potenciales.

Requisitos
- Formación mínima requerida: Bachillerato o estudios universitarios.
- Experiencia comercial en emisión/recepción de llamadas a clientes potenciales.

- Orientado a objetivos.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contrato temporal 3 meses con Adecco + posibilidad de pase a plantilla con la empresa contratante.
- Incorporación 23/04/2025.
- Horario ROTATITO SEMANAL
horario de mañana: 9 h a 15:30 h.
horario de tarde: 14:30 h a 21 h.
+ 11 sábados al año y festivos no nacionales.
- Formación dentro de contrato, remunerada y no selectiva.
- Salario: 9,80€ brutos/hora + incentivos sin techo y plan de carrera.
- Trabajo presencial: zona de Tres Cantos, Madrid.
