We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Madrid at El Corte Ingles.
As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.

You can implement valuable actions and strategies covering the following areas of responsibilities:
SALES
- Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products
- Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales
- Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go to an extra mile
- Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
- Problem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client
- Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessary
- Elaborate and supervise product feedback
- Preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping.
Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
- Preferred Experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- English (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus).
- Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
- Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take upon different challenges and new responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Manager for our amazing team in Madrid.
Working With The Boutique Manager, The Junior Manager Has To Learn The Day-to-day Management Of The Sales Team And Ensuring The Highest Level Of Customer Service Throughout The Store In Line With Christian Dior Expectations
- Maximize every sale, minimize stock losses, and bring new clients to the business.
- Open and close the boutique
- Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and complete inventory.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed in order to achieve maximum results.

Commercial Performance and Team Management
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates on a daily basis. - Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
- Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Conduct and/or participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, merchandising, and to convey other necessary. information to management staff and associates.
- Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
- Participate in the coordination of sales promotion activities, which include seasonal. sales, trunk shows, contests, including proper use of in-store signs advertising sales and promotions.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale do develop personal customer database.
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV’s).
- Oversee and participate in department inventories.
- Monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
- Minimize stock losses.
- Oversee compliance of associates with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, merchandise handling, security, sales and recordkeeping procedures.
- Help solve problems that affect the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Lock and secure the store, and oversee compliance with all security procedures.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Growing your career as a Intern Sales Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to develop critical skills.
You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team in the following activities:
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through e-communication
- Assist in developing local and international Client Book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
- Learn stories of our product and engage clients through product knowledge and details

- Participation in the maintenance of the boutique order through the cleaning and reorganizing of the Boutique and the fitting rooms and the control of the product exposition.
- Back-office activity with preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products packaging and wrapping.
Requirements

- Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- English (C1-C2) + other languages are a plus.
